@Twenty_seven____-616 All the best with your journey. Start slow. Good way to start is to first give up sugar as much as possible, then do a few hours fasting and finally try 24 hours or more. Dont rush into it. Always good to get your blood tests checked with a reliable doctor.
Sir I am doing 1 meal a day fasting since last 10 month and it's very beneficial. I have lost around 15 kg weight and I feel very good. One year ago I tested fatty liver now I have no fatty liver. My all the problems solved. Also I am doing one 36 hours fast in every week and one 72 hours water fast in every month. Now I am feeling fantastic, and more energetic. Fasting is the best medicine available in the earth. So do more and more fast and get healthy.
@@alexlama-vs9ro I am eating protein rich diet like pulses , paneer , green vegetables, some fruits and nuts and add some amount of fiber in the diet on regular. Please make sure your daily nutrition should be full fill. Like vitamin and mineral. And I also add some apple cider vinegar, green tea and black coffee without sugar and cream or milk.

i am doing intermittent fasting 16-8 since last 2 days also quit sugar i am a type 2 dibetic and within 2 days my sugar level comes in range.its awsome.
