My favorite part about this is you guys saying the names of all the random goddamn minor characters because I KNOW ALL OF THEM TOO and I hate that I do but it's also stupidly nostalgic.
The one thing I like about the Star Wars prequels is knowing all of the stupid fucking dumbass names.

Fun Fact; In earlier drafts of the script for Revenge of the Sith they revealed that Palpatine manipulated the midichlorians to create Anakin, making him basically Anakin's dad. So Anakin's not space Jesus, he's the space anti-Christ created by Palpatine to trick the Jedi into letting him in among their ranks. In the final draft it's only hinted at by Palpatine saying that that was something another Sithlord could do. I interpret it as still being canon since there's no reason for that line to be there at all if that's not the case. This theory is also compatible with the "Jar-Jar is/was going to be a Sith" theory since it suggests that all the "accidents" Jar-Jar causes which lead them to Tatooine and to meeting Anakin were intentional and part of Palpatine's plan. Earlier drafts of RotS also had Palpatine goading Anakin into killing Dooku by saying that Dooku orchestrated the kidnapping and murder of his mother, so it really seems like Palpatine had his entire life planned out.
In the comics it was Darth Plagueis's death that caused the midiclorians to create him
Which means that because Rey is palpys granddaughter and kylo is anakins grandson , Rey and kylo kiss at the end of the TROS...

How does the clone wars show make trade disputes and taxations of planets exciting?
It's all about the war so trade disputes get pushed to the side. I like it because Anakin isn't a whiny jerk but an adult and a daring pilot and skilled battle commander, the version of Luke's father I had heard about in ANH. It also makes the clones feel more human, puts the Jedi's failure of leadership into context, and resurrects Darth Maul in thrilling fashion. - Joel

“This isn’t Star Wars.” From what I’ve heard, 6 out of 9 Star Wars films haven’t been “Star Wars.” And “Star Wars” hasn’t been “Star Wars” since the 80’s. Statistically speaking, seems like it...is? Having so many of the lines memorized too seems to say it is actually what “Star Wars” is. Which is a good thing. Even if it sucks ass, it’s Star Wars. Is the title Star Wars? Then it’s Star Wars.

You know, I’ve kind of given up waiting for episode 3, but that’s okay because the current projects are so amazing and also I just really love rewatching episode one and two every couple of months. So amazing to revisit.
Episode 3 has a lot less to criticize maybe also they kinda gave up on this channel I think

Oh, it's definitely the best of the prequels. It's dumb and excessively kiddified but the other two make me want to scratch my own eyes out when I'm not busy rolling them.

I know right, what an idiotic criticism. The choral segments of duel of the fates are what makes it so unique. This is the problem I have with prequel haters, they use their hatred as a license to have a problem with any aspect of the film they want to even if its not a legitimate gripe.
Like how "I hate that they use robots since then they technically aren't killed" can pretty much be applied to any movie with robot antagonists. Not to mention nobody ever gave a shit when the Stone troopers will killed without hesitation.

This was great! And I kind of appreciated the more casual drinking because though Drunk Disney is hilarious and fantastic this seems to be more about the movies and the jokes are constantly great and not distracted by falling over and etc haha! I'm loving this and all of you!
