    Olive oil is heart healthy and oils are essential to a properly functioning body. Vinegars reduce blood sugar levels, may aid in weight loss, and is also heart healthy. Vegetables contain all important fibers and nutrients - in fact, frozen vegetables lock in nutrients better than non-frozen vegetables that have been sitting out too long!
