There are a few things that I did that may help you with the overheating issue: 1- upgrade the water pump with a Boyesen pump 2- add an overflow tank (I used Motion Pro) 3- add some Waterwetter to the coolant. I would caution against the continuous running of the fan and just get a new switch. After hearing about your boiling hydraulic fluid I will be wrapping that clutch line with some type of heat insulation to be safe because as you pointed out that line runs very close to the heat source. By the way, I have also have the larger tank and I’m not so sure about the air not being directed into the radiator as you suggested because what you say does have validity when talking about automobiles, but on a bike not so much. Good luck 👍🏾

Cool vid! The motoz is my go to for the rear, and a Dunlop 606 on the front.

get rid of the polisport cover on the clutch - they hold heat in and overheat the clutch plates. Might look into a billet cover for strength and to dissipate the heat.
