Thank you for video , I have few comments as below from actual buyer ( 2 appartments during off plan construction phase end of 2016 in BW project : 1. I have sold 2 months ago one of two appartment after 2 years receiving completion of appartment and gained 40% this even after paying 15% income gain tax 2. The price of renting studio appartment in belgrade waterfront is around 500-600 euro which is very good yield 3. I think mainly because of this BW project has encouraged other developers to build more new building in different areas in belgrade and pushed prices to increase as wave effect from it .. 4. Prices That bought in BW project in 2016 was 2100 euro per M2 , now is + 3400 euro for same appartment building .. but I saw also many new launch building off plan in same project starts with 2800 euro per M2 which is not much difference than what you showed in old building 3 bedroom appartment .. overall I agree with some of your comments on prices of properties VS average income salaries in belgrade , but this is also is not the only driving force for properties price grow / gain for investors similarly that you will find 1% of population can only buy certain prime appartments in New York or villas in palm jumierah dubai etc and still investors made money depending on time of purchase and economical situation of real estate market etc Thanks .

2019. 1.9%, 2020 1.3%, 2021 4.4 %. I don't think it is such a high inflation.
