This is the best book for fitness I've seen. Straight to the point with brief description which is the best part, unlike those hundreds of pages of theories that no one is gonna read and remember. Its been more than 6 yrs. This was the time when we didnt had much indian fitness influences and i had just entered my btech and had enrolled in gym for the first time. Then someone suggested me to watch guru mann on UA-cam and thats when i became educated about fitness and nutrition. This was the time when there were no product promotion nor any gyan on alternative exercises.
In the end, I'd say sir you have been my inspiration and mostly my role model to which I've become today
