Couldn’t agree more! Our family loves our Mazda CX-5. For the longest time we always had Toyota/Lexus or Honda vehicles, but we’ve grown to appreciate that Mazda has made major improvements in terms of the premium/luxury look and feel, but they don’t just do things for show. Their focus on reliability along with incredible performance is what makes Mazda unique. From their iconic MX-5 Miata roadster to the CX-90, you can tell that Mazda caters to driver enthusiasts rather than people who just view their cars as a piece of tech.
@ you mean smokes the type s. Why do youtubers act like it’s special? The Mazda is RWD based with a plug on I-6 MADE IN JAPAN. The mdx is fwd based when awd added MADE IN OHIO.
@ Nope, they are totally different beasts. And the type s destroyed the cx90 in a drag race. 0-60 in 5.3-5.5. The CX-90 hasn’t done under 6 secs yet since it has released. Also, even thought the cx90 is rwd, many youtubers have pointed out it handles better. And once again, you cannot compare them, one is a premium suv, one isn’t. One gives you massaging seats, air suspension, and all kinds of features, while one just gives you rwd, a premium interior DESIGN, and most features, but not as much as its competitors.
@ both are premium very nice suvs, acura themselves says they are premium NOT luxury . Both have nice interiors, the Mazda is more luxurious. I’ve seen the mdx type s over 6 seconds as well. One has an I-6 engine and one is RWD based and one is made in Japan and one offers plug in hybrid technology. Both are nice but the type s is not worth 15-20k more. Unfortunately honda fans have a hard time accepting acura has been stagnant and mazda is now a head on competitor.
Came for the car reviews, stayed for the relationship vlog. You guys are a lovely couple and if you don't make it as a car review youtuber, you can always try your hand at being a cute lifestyle/relationship vlog. Haha just joking but still love it.
I think the transmission tuning could use some work. A next tier of driver assistance tech like GM Super Cruise would be fantastic. Otherwise it’s quite quite nice. Especially at the price point.
Oooh I haven’t tried out the new expedition yet, but the CX-90/70 seems a bit smaller and better driving vs what I remember of the previous expedition.
Hello, thank you for your video! How is Mazda's LKA (Lane-Keeping Assist)/lane centering? Can it drive itself like Kia/Tesla on the highway ? Does it center itself well on the highway? How often do you have to touch the wheel for it to work? Can you turn on lane centering in the city?

I bought a 2019 CX-5 Signature in 2022 and it has surprisingly been one of the most satisfying purchases I've ever made. 91k miles and counting.

It does transfer to the heads up display which is really nice , so right in the windshield were you are always looking.

It is not really good, even on 24+ models, that is the only deficiency of Mazda compared to larger brands
