This is a very wrong of telling getting seats are easy if we get 75% only. In those days when people wrote for 1200 marks it was very simple and straightforward and scoring was very easy. Let the person who is talking write the neet exam. It is a very tough competitive exam...with too much of applied aspects and too many things for memorizing for the little kids...it is engineering level physics and all the subjects are not easy as before...he is projecting it in a wrong way
It is not about which syllabus has more concepts. It is about how we learn the concepts in textbook. In Tamilnadu many teachers are not teaching the concepts, they just do translation of the book, according to the State board, we should memorize the concepts given in textbook and vomit it in exam so that we can get good marks in exam. There is much less teachers to explain the concepts and makes student to understand. Even tough, SCERT has deep explanation of particular concepts. Compared to NCERT. But the sad thing is that we don't know how to study it properly. But memorizing it.Even question paper setting is also funny. Asking the same unwanted question for 2 to 3 years and based on memory. Now a little bit changed. Having this much topics in textbook, they just ask same question from the bookback and rarely ask from inside. It's is totally wrong system, the main objective of learning is for application. If you learnt the concepts you will be able to tell everything about that concept. When you ask a topper in Physics, to explain the SI unit (metre), 99.9% don't know what it is. Even tough some physics teachers also don't know. That is the problem of our education system. Iam just telling the example. The education system is totally based on short term memory,that will not make students productive. Iam also a SCERT student for 10 years. NCERT student for 2 years

This is a very wrong of telling getting seats are easy if we get 75% only. In those days when people wrote for 1200 marks it was very simple and straightforward and scoring was very easy. Let the person who is talking write the neet exam. It is a very tough competitive exam...with too much of applied aspects and too many things for memorizing for the little kids...it is engineering level physics and all the subjects are not easy as before...he is projecting it in a wrong way
It is not about which syllabus has more concepts. It is about how we learn the concepts in textbook.
In Tamilnadu many teachers are not teaching the concepts, they just do translation of the book, according to the State board, we should memorize the concepts given in textbook and vomit it in exam so that we can get good marks in exam. There is much less teachers to explain the concepts and makes student to understand.
Even tough, SCERT has deep explanation of particular concepts. Compared to NCERT. But the sad thing is that we don't know how to study it properly. But memorizing it.Even question paper setting is also funny. Asking the same unwanted question for 2 to 3 years and based on memory. Now a little bit changed. Having this much topics in textbook, they just ask same question from the bookback and rarely ask from inside. It's is totally wrong system, the main objective of learning is for application. If you learnt the concepts you will be able to tell everything about that concept.
When you ask a topper in Physics, to explain the SI unit (metre), 99.9% don't know what it is.
Even tough some physics teachers also don't know. That is the problem of our education system. Iam just telling the example.
The education system is totally based on short term memory,that will not make students productive.
