Honestly this mold and the 7-10 inch curly tail worms are definitely my favorite moods I used to really like crawfish moods but now I really like paddle tail type molds

Chris are you doing one of your subscribers I make my own Jigs for panfish and Crappies and I like to start using Dead on plastisol but I don't know which one to buy, do I buy the swim bait/ jerk bait or the craw/ tube or The drop shop / finesse or the Salt water or the worm can u tell the I need for the pan fish I want the 1 gallon that's all I can afford now and the one you tell me to buy is it OK to use it for Worm as well , thanks Chris .

Awesome feature on that hook slot. Not only will it change the durability but also I like my flukes to run high in the column sometimes. I’m betting a low slot for extra floating plastisol on a 1/16 vmc drop dead hook, 👌🏼👌🏼👌🏼👌🏼
Great job on these baits. I was wondering I used to use riverside baits air series then they sold to a bigger fish sorta speak and the baits are no longer made at least from what I can see. Is it possible to make something similar without legal issues. Honestly some of the most productive baits I ever used. They held scent and gave off bubbles that really works on all fish. And do you sell baits.
The tube blend looks to do the best with a tight back and forth action 💪 🙌 that is the nicest open pour jerk bait mold I have seen ty for introducing me to bait making never thought of doing my own before it's so cool to make a bait then go smash fish on it and everydobys trying to get me to make them some definitely strokes the old ego lolololololol

You could trim the tail so it’s forked or however you want , I had some yum jerk baits that were diamond shaped but this mold leaves many possibilities!

If you want even more action, try a CPS pin and a dropshot hook. Crazy action and crazy easy setup. Tactical Bassin’ channel turned me on to it and it’s wicked!

Not that it matters, but I think those would look good with a triangle cut out of the tail to give it a forked tail Also your lunar shad looks like a perfect imitation of Yamamoto Electric Shad
@@WorldsWorstFishing I just started hand pouring old plastics. Loving it so far! I went to the extend of making my own silicone mold, but differently from the way you made yours. I sketched up a negative mold in fusion and 3d printed it to pour my silicone mold in it. Turned out perfect!
Challenge idea: let's see what you can do to get a bait similar to the Jackall Bounty Fish 158. They are only available in Japan. If you buy them and have them shipped they are like 10 bucks a piece.
It's a cool concept with the net mesh for the joint.. probably very labor intensive to make at home, but I find it a bit impractical and beside the point given the amount of jointed molds you can purchase.

Best part about that tail is you can make a template, and use a blade to cut it into a fork tail if you desire!

Do they or can they mill molds for lead jigs ? It’s very expensive on dyi hobbyist machined. Would be cool to have some cheaper ones.

Did a video on drizzle spoons a few weeks ago, I have much better control with a Pyrex cup

In them ridges where the cnc machine tapered up i bet getting some flake in there would make it work amazingly

For these I did not go above 300, I always preheat the molds when I start the pour
