I’m a gay man, and I’ve never liked the pride flag …… Being gay doesn’t mean I like rainbows 🌈 . And all the pinkwashing out there is just sad…… how about you pay all your workers, including the gay workers, a living wage. That would be an appropriate way to prove your support. Slapping a rainbow on coffee mugs doesn’t make you a good employer.
Living wages make sense to the layman but economists understand that when companies are compelled to introduce such things, it creates a domino effect. Effectively meaning the companies' overheads are increased, their products costs increase & the knock-on effect means that other costs increase (eg, raw materials, contractors, maintenance, etc..) as other companies are compelled to make similar adjustments. The increase in consumer costs means that the market has to account for it, increasing the interest rate making the original compenastion of the wage-increase meaningless to the layman as the cost of living compensated for it making their own individual billings increase as a result of the market (electricity, council tax, gas, food costs, clothing, etc..). This doesn't even take in the result that increased wage costs come at a price for the company, usually meaning lay-offs since the business can no longer afford to employ as many workers. The market is a delicate balance & workers often don't appreciate that companies are usually living on borrowed time as they struggle to compete with external influences like China who will undercut, steal IPs & oust them with sheer force because they can do things far cheaper since they have both huge state support & less regulations to concern themselves with. Automation is becoming the only viable solution for many internal companies as workers are too expensive to employ as they are one of the biggest impacts on their production & administrative costs.

They think they fight hate by hating ffs 🙄🤷♂️
Magnificent
Nauseating news delivered in such a brilliantly droll way I forgot to throw up and giggled instead. I think gentle mockery is part of the solution to the current nonsense and has the further attraction of being a very British way of dealing with extremism. Worked pretty well with Mosley and his few thousand followers.
This is pure gold.
But where is GB News report of yesterday’s (26th June) protest march in London?
TRY REPORTING ON THE BIGGEST PROTEST MARCH IN THE UK,'S HISTORY THAT HAPPENED TODAY IN LONDON! !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
Some people think where they stick their pork sausage makes them interesting. Newsflash: It doesn't. It's one part of what makes you...you. Now is there anything else about you that's interesting or is that all you are about?
Absolutely. Well said.
Very good
A label to say you hate labels🤣🤣🤣🤣
First they claim the rainbow, then they claim June
Already taken. Juneteenth.
Also...why aren't you covering the huge lockdown protests in London GBNews?
Its on tonight.
Excellent piece. Thank you.
My mum's angry that the gays have claimed rainbows. She can't where anything multicoloured because people will think she's doing it for political reasons. Get some creativity if you really need a stupid flag.
Just thought of a good one: 👉👈
politicising NHS staff? What happens when patients arrive who are not wearing the approved badges of solidarity and refuse them?
Patients aren't required to wear this stuff. Lol
@@helenholdsworth6407 you missed the point
Why should anyone's sexuality be any ones business.I'm a white straight male(not that ,that is of any relevance) I don't feel the need to go on marches to shout about it ,or emblazoned on a sandwich. Why can't the LBTQ folk feel the same? That is when we will be able to live our lives as we choose, without prejudice or judgement.Stop trying to change other peoples lives, who are not the same as you.You have won your fight.

I'm offended that they didn't include my sexual preference: Labelsexual, which is an exclusive sexual interest in the increasing numbers of labels in society

“Formerly known as June” 😂
Brilliant, great little segment, especially the audible guffaws from what was presumably the camera crew. Nice 👌
I've never been proud of my sexuality, nor my eye color. I've been telling people what they should do with their rainbow flags for years.
That's kinda, sorta, like, stupid, mate.
Absolutely love Andrew Doyle. He cuts through the bullshit with an unmatched incisive humor.
I have to agree, whenever I wave my superstraight flag someone gets offended and they’re usually waving a multicoloured flag with pronouns in their bios!
And then the chromosomes in username lot get pissy when someone ISN'T super.
Just... why.
@@KopperNeoman chromosomes.... In username? I haven't seen this once if it's what I'm thinking of.
yeah because the implication that people who don't date trans people are somehow "more straight" is pretty invalidating to trans people. It's not because "the flag exists".
@@grief1 against what? the existence of trans people? also how is that "fighting back", it's just being subtlety bigoted.
@@grief1 nice retreat
LOL Andrew, I don't think you're taking this seriously but thanks for the summary! I'll make sure I give these flag bearing virtue signallers a wide berth.
Love this guy. Great comedian, and it turns out, also a great commentator.
I think the vast majority of us understand that humans like to do quite a lot of different things with their genitals for pleasure. Most of us don't feel the need to promote our preferences as far as that's concerned. Flying flags won't open closed minds, so why not spend the time, money and energy on education rather than promotion or celebration ?
More of these clips please.
Why is there no flag for a bog standard straight person. And did they make muslims sign it?
Woah! Don't go there! Good point, though.
I love Andrew Doyle. He brings a tear to my eye, but not in a gay way.
Another day, another Pride "month".
This was brilliant! 😂
Brilliant
Country flag create division as well.
All flags do... daft video title really.
