Hopefully some good advice for me because I thought they were supposed to be easy and safe rentals and here I am struggling to get my rent money from them!!
@@jodilee2023 might have to take it out of the refundable deposit. We don’t work with that company, they are almost surely what we call lease matchers or piggybackers, not a placement company. What a bummer, sorry to hear about it, but it doesn’t sound like it’s not resolvable. If they don’t respond to your request, you may be able to speak with the insured directly and have them give you their adjuster’s contact, and ask them to connect you with the placement agency who Hill & Hill is getting paid by. We generally prefer against working with lease matchers for reasons like this. Blessings

@jaclynmcclure Hill & Hill Holdings, yeah they're a placement company, they finally paid and are now ignoring my attempts to collect a late fee!! Wtf
They are the ones who executed the lease and they pay, I'm not even sure how to serve them should I need to eviction and it's making me very nervous
