How do you connect the wire in tube to handlebars?

@@prettinicki8565 I got it, there are 2 connectins. 1 in handle bar tube and 1 in tubing where handlebars go into.
They are tucked in so need to carefuly pull them out. After pull them out connect the 2 and should come on if charged.
