Wow. This 1967 mustang looks just like mine when I bought it many years ago for $100. Had 65,000 original miles stored in a garage the padded dash was perfect. 390 ,RUG toploader ,9-inch. And it was light yellow also. The headliner was perfect and original. And I made a 1967 Shelby clone out of it with tripower factory O.E., the GT brushed interior and black on black. 1967 Jerry Titus fender flairs , Lincoln Mark 4 door handles. Edit 15 years before I sold it. I actually went to a foundry and cast the aluminum taillight bezels.
I wish I had all of the skills required to do a project like this and you did it in your driveway. I can't imagine what you could do if you had a well equipped shop. Fantastic job.
Thanks man, yea I wish I had a shop, one day, if I’m gonna get one it better be 10 cars capable just to have all the room for storing all the parts etc
Nic, what I really like and appreciate about what you do is that you start a project and then finish it. So many on here start rebuilding and get partly done .Then go on to something else. So, really like your focus and dedication to finishing what you start.
@@FixItNick well when it comes to classics I fall for any of the I'm just picky on brand new cars UK bc it's all competition now with old classics i idc to much on brand back then was all about beauty and time now it's they make it aerodynamic and hella horse power I would waaay prefer cruising in a old classic like this beauty right here(car in the video)
Nice job! We did the same build a couple of years ago, took about 2 years to complete (customer budget). Our build was done in a pale steel blue. The only difference, our customer had us do a 4 link coil over rear suspension. Also, the car we started with wasn't as nice as yours, had to replace floor pans, rear quarters and some work in the front. We did cut the rocker covers like you so the front fenders would come off.
It's so amazing that you were able to take your time and rebuild this 1968 mustang I personally feel as if more people would spend their time and hard work for something they love.
Well done sir!!! On jack stands, outdoors...amazing. The length you went to so things were clean and ready for primer had to have taken hours and hours and hours that added up to weeks...hell, cutting the hole in the sail panel with a Dremel tool must have taken a good while. Having built a couple of one-off, hyper custom offroad rigs essentially from scratch, I felt every picture in this vid...a tip of the hat to you.
