Me having ADHD and anger issues, I've tried art, therapy (which never helped me), sports, and clubs (like Choir) and they never really helped me relax or calm down- usually just made me mad if i messed up. This and writing created a better environment for me and my anger. And for the people around me. Ive improved so much after starting this and have followed your tutorials. Thank you so much! The same but I suggest that you draw, it is also useful for this condition, but not drawing ordinary things. Try to draw anything that occupies your mind. If you are angry, scribble or fidget with a pen on the paper. It will make you relax and create images that only you understand. I also have ADHD and I always use this method especially when I lose focus or start fidgeting and I'm sure it will help with tantrums too(｡•̀ᴗ-)✧

Start with a chainless foundation chain of 37. If you're not familiar with a chainless foundation chain, start with 40 and then work in the 3 chain from the hook. Use a 5.0 hook! Happy crocheting.

Dont have a measuring tape? Grab yarn, wrap it once around ur head, where it meets, cut. Fold in half, cut where it folded, aka the middle, and u have something to measure with! Hope it helps

remember to do half the length of your head. for instance my head is 56cm so i had to make my base chain 28cm. i made the same mistake and was wondering why it was so big 😅

Cause you should get 27 cm when stretching the yarn or the chains you've made if you didn't stretch it and measured it as 27 normally without stretching it ,it will become bigger than the size you want

why did my beanie became bigger than the original size? I measured 27 cm in the beginning but in the end it became 32 cm?
Cause you should get 27 cm when stretching the yarn or the chains you've made if you didn't stretch it and measured it as 27 normally without stretching it ,it will become bigger than the size you want
