Wiring a Circuit Breakers

Thanks for posting this. A 120V cable was installed in my breaker box without any connector at all. I can't install one because the box is drywalled in. I'd like to remedy this before I put the house up for sale. What's the proper solution? Is a rubber grommet acceptable? It's a 1.75" hole and I can't find push-in type connectors that size.
