wooah is literally the underrated gem in kpop
They are SO underrated. Desperately hope they get the attention they deserve soon
so, so, so, sooooooooooooo underrated
Girl groups dropping the most insane tracks this past month or so...and with more to come. This is the "out there" kpop Ive been missing.
Yep , gg and female soloists been killin it lately !!! Lovin it so far ❤️🔥🔥
They're insaneeee for dropping this, knowing the switch from their typical music
This song is just so well produced at so many levels...the transitions...the mix...the extended chorus...the 2nd bridge. I like how they don't shy away from extending their tags too for a longer build up instead of most other groups that just can't wait to end their existing section as quickly as possible.
Easily woo!ah!'s best track yet. The punk rock style is so clear and refined, everyone is elevated from the clarity. I personally loved the structure of the song, super dynamic with beat changes and good instruments. Loved this one.
Those high hitting notes from Minseo gave this song a heavenly feels even it is a pop rock song haha
Wooah's game is mad strong
they are one of those rare, rare groups that never disappoint. i can't think of a single song by them that wasn't a bop. first blush and now THIS? they ate. been following them since debut and i can't believe they are not as known as other kpop groups tbh, so sO SO underrated
i loved Blush, absolutely had it on repeat... and now THIS? I GOT GOOSIES Y'ALL. i literally could not be more impressed! there are plenty of "girly concept" ggs, and plenty of "strong concept" ggs, but finding groups that can cross between concepts this easily is kinda rare tbh. and the best best part of this song is how much they all seem to be enjoying it on stage! 12/10 indeed, they absolutely assassinated this cb!
I've seen comments of ppl saying wooah finally did what people have been asking about yet they still get ignored, and that makes me feel bad 'cause I'm one of those who badly wanted this from wooah except I'm not ignoring them, EASILY their best title track, I had no idea wooah had this 'power' in them but HOLY they killed it!
I love woo!ah!. I hope they gain more popularity because i'm afraid they will disband. They have such great songs.
This song is a bop!
If they were from a big company they’d be killing it on the charts!
I recommend PD to definitely watch the MCD stage from June 20th.
Watching this reaction, there were many "Yes, that's it!" moments. Finally, we can see woo!ah!'s full potential being completely showcased!
gotta be one of the most underrated groups rn
Wooah Said we're gonna come out with some major award winning vocals and ad-libs with the most powerful instrumental and bass in the music video And song presentation
this reaction represent all of my feels for this majestic song. I think this is the best MV and well deserved, i hope they can get their 1st win in a music shows
thats what i love about Wooah. their whole thing is that they are conceptless, which is obvious since their music has never sounded the same. even if it has been a little on the lighter side but theyve always played with different genres and now that all the members are adults, i guess they wanted to try something even more different. and i am so here for it!!!
THIS IS THE BEST GIRL GROUP COMEBACK THIS YEAR !!!!!!!!
SOTY no doubts here, it's just amazing how they reinvented themselves and actually brought something new into the saturated kpop scene
I use the word "wholesome" when describing woo!ah!, and they still are, but man they changed up their formula so well with this track.
3:42 bro is flabbergasted
I can tell that WOOAH discography is INSANE, even the B-sides. WOOAH is so underrated IMO, and I really wish it deserves more recognizition.
can't believe we got another wooah reaction I love them sm they deserve the world
I've been waiting for your reaction for them!! I love this new concept!❤
they have an edm drum and bass remix to this and it's equally awesome
You are right "Catch the Stars" was something beautiful. I thought I was the only one licking that song 👍
i dont know them but i hope this song will make them famous because its a good song
🫡 WOOAH's 'POM POM POM' isn't just a song, it's an experience. It's a perfect storm of captivating energy, raw talent, and sheer artistry that blew me away entirely. I went in with low expectations, but this track stormed through every preconceived notion, leaving me completely smitten.
The music itself is a whirlwind of addictive melodies, expertly layered with infectious rhythms. It's an irresistible blend of pop, hip-hop, and a touch of something undeniably unique - something that screams WOOAH. Every beat, every instrumental break, is perfectly crafted to draw you in and keep you hooked. The song effortlessly shifts between moments of raw power and delicate vulnerability, leaving you wanting to hit repeat over and over.
But 'POM POM POM' isn't just about the music. The lyrics are equally impressive, filled with clever wordplay and a sense of confidence that shines through. There's a playful energy to the words, a sense of self-assuredness that is both empowering and relatable. It's a song that celebrates individuality and encourages you to embrace your own unique rhythm.
And then there's the music video. It's a visual feast, a vibrant and captivating piece of art that perfectly complements the song's themes. The outfits are bold and stylish, showcasing the group's individual personalities while remaining cohesive and aesthetically stunning. Every scene, every shot, is meticulously crafted to enhance the overall impact of the song, creating a truly immersive experience.
'POM POM POM' is a testament to the power of music. It's a reminder that a song can transport you to another world, ignite emotions, and leave you wanting more. WOOAH has crafted a masterpiece here, a song that exceeded every expectation I had and left me with a newfound appreciation for their talent. This is a song that will stay with me long after the last note fades, and I can't wait to see what WOOAH does next. ALWAYS HEAR FOR THE GIRLS ❤
minseo is soo underrated, her work on this is crazy...
I liked Blush but thought the music/vocal layering in the chorus could use a bit more depth/something to chew on. The girls here certainly said hold my pom poms because wow this comeback is so explosive all the way through! It’s totally a new concept/style for them and they killed it on every level.
I somehow missed the MV in my subscription feed, so when I saw those fierce all black hot girl confident outfits from the live stage on my recommended page I was already gagged from the thumbnail. And on click of the performance and then the MV, the vocals, music, dance, lyrics, visuals all lived up to that and exceeded my expectations. Definitely one of the best comebacks of the year, and instantly joined my playlist.
I was so worried I wouldn't like this song, but then those pinch harmonics hit in the chorus. Whew.
Agreed, In Pom Pom, Pom, Wooah released all their potential and the MV is a fascinating and amazing piece of art. Great analysis too, thanks.
Thank you for this reaction pd! Tbh I had my reservations about this cb before its release(based on the teasers), but gosh WooAh always deliverrrr. And now I’m obsessed with the song. I’m happy they’re trying new things
woo!ah! never misses a song!
Yay!!! Was waiting for your reaction for this! Love Wooah 🥰
YES!!! I just knew you would get this song the way I do 😭❤️❤️
Easily one of the best this year for sure!
I liked "Not like you" and "Bad Girl" bud wasn't too into their stuff since, but I surprisingly like this. Genre mix is a balancing act, but I like it, I like the guitars and the little rap.
I also like reading comments and one person wrote that this is no longer kpop. I think the sales says it too. International fans will probably like it more than Korean fans (the comment was in Korean). But the album is so good and a listening party would be great for them to understand their diversity. The "Blush faction" is mostly represented there, while "Pom³" only has one song that goes in a similar direction (+ an EDM version). It's definitely worth to listen to.
I see the song as a kind of call for attention. I had thought that they had made the breakthrough with Rollercoaster, but unfortunately that wasn't the case. So what did they have to lose?
Ah, my beloved and underrated Rollercoaster. Not just one of my favourite woo!ah! songs; it's one of my favourite K-pop songs period. I could listen to it 10 times a day every day and every time It will still make me feel like I'm ascending to a higher plane of existence.
On the contrary i think this is very kpop, at least very 2nd gen girl group kpop. The confidence/attitude, outfits and the song itself made me think of groups like T-ara, 9muses, sistar(mainly because of the heels), f(x), 4minute, dalshabet, fiestar and after school.
@@not-identified this!!! it's so 2nd gen & i have been looking for a comment saying this
LUUUUUCY! I'm rooting for you! 💪
WOOAH !!!! They are cool !!!!
High note before the chorus starts ❤️🔥🔥
I love them so much I hope they continue 😢❤ they deserve the world
Best comeback so far! They came back to slay!
I was doing the dishes and nearly dropped them when this started on my youtube autoplay. I couldn't see which group it was, I couldn't recognize it, but as the song went on I thought it's amazing! In the end I discover Wooah! I had a similar response like PD. Instant love this song!! 😍
i've seen a lot of people hating on this song and i just dont get it because i love it so much :''''(( i really appreciate them doing something different and theres some elements of j-rock in it?? like come on its so good.
Their vocals are so pretty .
How many others were yelling "TURN ON THE CAPTIONS!!"? 🤣
tell me how I was just manifesting this reaction AND PD JUST POSTED LETS GOOOOO!!!! Pom Pom Pom is such an incredible song after being gone for so long let’s manifest a win for our girls 😭❤️🔥❤️🔥🫰
Love this song ❤️🔥
Wooah really breaking through into major league level
WOOAH !!! They are phenomenal !!!
WOOAH !! They are brilliant !!!
A couple years ago Lucy Sora and Minseo covered Gimme Chocolate, and I was wondering if they'd ever do something more hardcore for a comeback. So glad they did!
THEY WHAT?!
YES WOOAH
우아는 언제나 옳다
The lyrics 🔥🔥
YAASS WOOAH
This song is like just from Rolling Quartz's kitchen,...and for me it's their best track. Love it.
you get it 😌
PomPomPom is insaneeee, i got it on repeat!! Its their best song, im sorry
KPOP IS SO BACK
I'm obsessed with this song!! Only bad part about it to me is the rapping at the very beginning. I feel like it doesn't really work and it turned me off from the song at first. The performances are SICK tho. Nana is such a star (so are the other members but she does have a je ne sais quoi).
really? i didnt get off the rap part at the beginning, dunno but It give me hype to the song when that part came out at first
what a banger man, multiple music genres and all of them sound good not like this recent "weird noises" drops sm/yg does in some of the songs that are great for live performances/concerts but are weird af to listen in a playlist
This is what this era needed after being drowned out in a sea of Jersey Pop and fresh beats. If only WOOAH was a bigger group :(
02:39 WOOOOOOOOAAAAHHH!!!!!🐢🐢🐢🐢🐢
WOOAH FIGHTING!!
pom pom pom sotyyyy
❤
12/10 🔥
waow.
😎
19:58 🔥
i hope to see a midas touch reaction!
Underrated group for sure 😢 must say I'm not feeling this song just yet. Not sure why.
For me .. the chorus
It'd suggest checking out the EDM version... it's a lot more digestible listening wise.
8:45 🤣
I knew you were gonna like it. It's too good not to.
this song feels like getting hit by a semitruck every 6,5 seconds
^^
