Strips are not clear where to attach. Even on the website. Multiple choices
next time show the users there is a lever behind the tv you have to put back in order to get the tv into the "normal" position. This lever is only reachable when using an item like a remote thats long enough to reach behind the tv
Dear Sir, Madam, Thank you very much for your input regarding our Comfort Supports.
We can imagine that you cannot reach it very easily, especially if you have a larger screen, but the lever (service stand) is fairly easy to fold down by pushing against it with your finger (see our manual on page 16 in the Dutch manual and page 13 in the English manual > bit.ly/3Entp1u).
We will definitely take your comment on board for future brackets. Thank you.

Unfortunately your phone does not support “Depth API”. The app needs to interpret your wall both from far away and up close. “Depth API” ensures cameras and sensors work well together to get the most accurate drill hole possible. If you don’t have a phone available to you that supports “Depth API”, here we have instructions to manually find the position for your first drill hole.
Maybe you can try the app on another telephone?

Bad video the last step when all is mounted and how to hang is not clear its not shown or explained
