50g powder sugar
1 egg yolk
20g ground almonds
10g cocoa powder
180g cake flour
■Walnut & vanilla cookie
20g walnut
35g powder sugar
1g salt
1/3 vanilla beans
90g cake flour
60g unsalted butter
1 egg yolk
■Squeezed cookie
80g unsalted butter
30g powder sugar
pinch of salt
15g egg white
100g cake flour
10g ground almonds
1/2 tsp vanilla extract

This made me fantasies about how nice it would be to have a small bakery and make these. People would buy it and the next day tell me how delicious it was and tell me stories about how the kids tried to steal it or something.

i recently made these recipes myself. though i endured many hardships (mostly in the aspect that i only have old crappy baking equipment that don't use the metric system and also don't have a kitchen scale to measure ingredients properly) i think the final product was very good! the piped butter cookies had an excellent flavor and texture and the two other cookies came out visually just as well as they did in the video (although i might have messed the chocolate up, my dough was *incredibly soft*). overall a really good set of cookies to give as gifts!

Flavia Romero it's been a while and I don't exactly recall, but I'm fairly certain I had over a dozen of each kind of cookie I made, and I was able to pack about four or five small gift boxes (not much unlike the ones in the video) of them.
