Cookies with honey
Let's make together a very easy quick recipe for oatmeal cookies with honey and tahini for this Lent. They fit perfectly with our afternoon coffee!

RECIPES:
Ingredients
120 g oat flakes
100 g of tahini
120 g of honey
1/2 teaspoon of cinnamon
Implementation
Take a bowl and put the oat flakes, tahini, honey and cinnamon. Then mix all the ingredients together until they become dough.
After our mixture has become homogeneous, shape the dough into 10 cookies.
Then place the cookies on a baking tray with non-stick paper.
Finally, bake them at 180 degrees Celsius until golden brown.
