Caitlin Clark passing to Hannah Stuelke

- Hannah Stuelke: 77/122 from Clark passes, 63,11%, most efficient from the team. Stuelke was the one who scored and got her the all time Big Ten assists leader!
What a duo this two became, Hannah has such good hands to catch the whip passes from Caitlin, she loves to run the floor and her PG rewards her everytime. I´m kinda sad we won´t have another season of them together, but they are nice, let´s hope they can lead Iowa to a deep March Madness. There are some moments in the PnR that reminded me of Clark´s chemistry with Monika.
1:59 Watching Stuelke run is a beautiful sight. I get it now. After seeing this, you understand that if they don't have the other players in Indiana being this honest about playing basketball, that team is going to struggle just as it has been struggling even with Caitlin Clark.
I particularly like the one camera angle where Caitlin delivers a half-court pass to Stuelke and then turns and runs back; she knows it's a safe pass and Hannah's going to score.
Some of those passes are so quick, so well-executed, so unexpected, sometimes it feels like Caitlin can disapparate the ball from one part of the court and apparate it in Hannah's hands!
And doesn't even need a wand!
Stuelke was an all-conference sprinter in high school -- you can really see the straight-line speed (especially for being 6-2) on a lot of these assists
Yes, how fun it must be to play with a PG who rewards her everytime she runs the floor, so cool being able to use this athletic skill on the court
That's interesting and agreed.
Its like watching Mahomes working to Kelce. Clark pulls the diub, double, coverage and Stulkey just moves into the empty center to take the pass, pure art!
This video deserves a million views.
Omg stuelke and Clark they amazing team work 👏
Her quarterback passes, perfect long leads, threading the needle skip-bounces, no looks, behind the back, . . . . My head is spinning.
Have to use YT's slo-mo options to even see some of them.
@@StanEngland Thanks for mentioning the slo-mo, I had forgotten about it and now I'm gonna watch some of it again in slo-mo.
At the 4:44 mark, that behind the back pass by #22 Caitlin Clark to #45 Hannah Stuelke was pretty awesome.
Get the Ball to Hannah, and she ain't ever afraid to "Put It Up"
Like they say..."You Miss 100% of the shots you don't Take"
What appeals to me about Hannah is that she clearly Loves the Game of basketball, and has Great Fun Playing.
It's abundantly Clear that Hannah Loves and Enjoys her job, to the Max, and that's what makes her so much fun to watch
Yes, she's fun to watch and she's lucky to have a PG who loves to feed her everytime she' s open, they are an iconic duo
This was the amazing team to watch. The coordination, and team work. Caitlin knew if they double teamed her Hannah was probably open. It was as if they were all extensions of the one same player.
It never gets old!! 😃👍🏻
Hannah the happy girl, doing happy things for the happy IOWA fans!!😅😅😅
Love ❤️ Hannah
Stuelke gets out on the break so fast setting up those opportunities. Once Clark moves on need another good point guard to find her because she gets open.
Many of these assists wouldn't work if opponents weren't double- and triple-teaming Clark to stop her from scoring at will against a single defender. (She's not limited to 3s, since she can drive to the basket for 2s.) And picks often free Clark of one defender. And, if opponents key entirely on Clark (plus pick) and Stuelke, that leaves two others wide open for a leisurely three attempt (which they're pretty good at).
Exactly! There's teamwork and then there's TEAM work!
Even with Caitlin and the other Seniors leaving, with Hannah, Sidney, Taylor, Kylie, Addison, and Others, it ain't like Iowa is gonna be Totally Bereft Of talent, for Next Year.
They won't have Caitlin, but they won't Be Without Options.
Iowa will be Just Fine, and Not Without Ballers.
Bringing in a top 10 recruiting class in 2024, too. Iowa is going to be competitive for a while.
@@skweetis Even Better!
Hope Ava can get back on the court.
@@StanEngland "Ava"????
@@dwightcurrie8316 The recruit whose family was cashed into by a car, shortly after she committed to Iowa. Father died, but Iowa respected the commitment and Ava has been rehabbing for a year.
She is as talented as anyone in the game when it comes to getting the ball into her teammates in scoring position!
Stuelke has a lot of talent and I hope she has watched this video of herself because she can learn a lot from it.
When her teammates actually caught her awesome passes. The good old days.
Dear Indiana Fever, PLEASE WATCH THIS VIDEO!!!!
Believe me that pass will help Boston under the bucket
Damn. S is great despite all the missed layups. When you look at the other videos of CC passing to Kate Martin and others, CC might have finished #1 all time in assists without all the missed layups.
I wonder how many assists Clark has missed out on due to the missed bunnies? I'm not putting anyone down. I think these ladies are fantastic.
She averages 17-19 passes per game, so if they could reach 60% FG she would average 10. But They are a team who depend so much on the 3 point shot, so I guess is harder

At about 9:06’, the pass behind the defenders back …
C Clark has a complete repertoire of passes - lobs, bounce, laterals, and no look behind the back. IMO clearly Iowa has the intent of forcing the ball into the paint cause Hannah isn’t afraid to get hacked & put the other side into foul trouble.
Yes, she does. I can´t wait for her to finally take more pride in her passing, in my opinion she will be more sucessfull in the league if she embrace this role instead of being a scoring PG, because she has all the skillset, she loves playing with bigs and 4 who hustle and run the floor.
Yeah, sometimes it feels like Caitlin can disapparate the ball from one part of the court and apparate it in Hannah's hands!
in that first game it looks like Hannah is playing the 4 and afterwards Iowa goes small and moves her to the 5
Yep they started the season with her at the 4, but neither of Iowa's 2 true centers was quite ready for prime time, so Iowa went 4 guards and Stuelke in the post. It has worked out alright for them so far
Anybody here 6/24 after watching the shit show wnba? I miss these days.
H.S. is a very classy young lady 👍
