He is technically a Twisted animatronic, but due to the fact that he only appears as this model you can’t just give him a model name because he would need a 2nd model for that to be the case. Also The Wolf is half animatronic costume and half humanoid creature going straight down the middle of his body which is why the animator did their choice on how they put him in.

It comes from The Twisted Ones novel and the reason why it looked different in both images is because half of his body is an animatronic costume and the other half is a humanoid body.

This would make sense due to the fact that this is the only place he ever appears in because for him to be called "Twisted Wolf" he'd have to exist in a different model(normal animatronic model, withered model, phantom model, etc.) somewhere else regardless if it's in a game that he's in or a book as the other model.

This video has been out for so long i find it kinda sad there was never a remastered animation because the song seems to be thrown off from joy of creation by funtime freddy and the twisted ones. There are infact more animations involving tjoc if you look for animations that may have one of the igniteds or creation on the thumbnail.
