Mules are fabulous. That simple. Intelligent. Calm. Awareness. They live longer. Thinkers through and through. LOVE them. I do not even own one, but have been around them.❤
As a mule owner and trainer myself, I must say, this guy ( has been there ) , the best video on mule training I have ever seen or heard, the only reason you the owner can fully trust your mule is because your mule trusted you first, and when you have this bond, you understand each other, mules continually humble me,( thank GOD ) and made me a better person...... thanks for sharing
Awesome! This is what my sister, and I are trying to teach people with horses! Respect, trust, pressure, and release. It's not the animals fault, if they had a problem look at what you are doing.
Great video, I have seen a couple interviews years ago with Ken Curtis "Festus" and he had a love for mules also. I sure wish I could have owned one in my younger years. thanks for posting
I used to live in Utah I traded for a three year old mule his mom was Tennessee Walker after six months he trust me and I trust him we go anyplace Greats Trade I ever made
Beautiful country! He is in my neck of the woods. I thought that terrain looked familiar. :) I am in a different town but have hiked many areas that look just like that. :D - Heidi
I think its great to break a mule with a tail crupper breeching ect. But the mules in this vid if you use a nonslip pat and girth do not need them any more than a horse does. Mule with good breeding does not have to have them. But they add to the awesomeness of a great mule. What is fun when out and everyone comes up the regular ole path pick out a eye popper and come out of the creek ect.
And never seen a bad horse never seen the bad mule I have seen a lot of bad handlers seen a lot of bad Riders so yes the horse and the mule have people problems
I’ve seen bad horses. Any animal can be mean. We had a mare that was bipolar. Sweet as could be as long as you didn’t ask her to do anything. The second you try to lead her somewhere, put her in a round pen, or tell her to do something on the ground she’d try to kill you. Not bite or kick, but actually try to kill you. The safest place around that mare was on her back.
@@AzureHeartSong trained horses for many years never had a mean one had a lot of people that we had to train to handle a horse but you have a good day I'm sure you will learn some lessons down the road be blessed
nicole pruiett I’ve trained and worked with hundreds of horses. Your condescending attitude tells me that you feel like you have nothing to learn. That’s exactly when people get hurt. Hopefully you continue to keep easy animals because you’d get wrecked by a hard case. Any animal can be aggressive. Horses aren’t saints. They’re animals.
Good horsemanship........opps, I mean mulemanship. The only thing I would change is the leveraged bit. Get rid of that and use a rope halter with lead line converted to reins.

I have learned so much in just this one video. I love the mule ALL aspects of this blessed creature.
Hello I'm Korean.
My mule is very ferocious. Also, mule scared. Watch your video and I learn. Thank you.
Awesome! This is what my sister, and I are trying to teach people with horses! Respect, trust, pressure, and release. It's not the animals fault, if they had a problem look at what you are doing.
That is correct. But most horse people don't get it.

Here in Brasil we breed lots of gaited mules from gaited horses.. Wonderful mules
I just spoke to him on phone. Looking forward to taking classes in the fall (too hot now)
How did it go? How’s your mule!!?

My Baby does not need a bit! Love leads him around!
A horse is a good worker, but a mule is a good artist
How clean pure that water looked
The mules are very cute, especially their ears.
I want a mule! They've got the best from both the horse and the donkey. 💖
Great video.
Good job 👍
Thank you

This guy looks like a movie star.
No a movie star looks him. He is real, movie stars are fake.
Just takes patients and time. do not rush it,.
Take the time it takes so it takes less time.
@Doug Cruger
Doctors have patients - we need to practice patience.
I think mules are good looking i like the way they look
Great trainer

nicole pruiett hopefully you don’t have to encounter an actually aggressive animal.

Where can I get me a wide brim straw hat like he has?
I Like Quiet 4
mules rule
rest drool
So awsome id love to have a nice draft mule
I like mules.
Quem e br?
Those cowboys are afraid to get there boots wet
They knew they were on camera probably put on their good Justin's.
So why does he need such a long shank and bit if his mule is so well trained? Soft hands only go so far.
His mule goes with a Myler combination bit

Yes, I agree. I'd like to know why he uses that bit.
be one with the mule :))
One mind.
It’s always the humans fault- same with horses
These look like Jinny’s, not mules,as such. They have different dispositions.
