- Seiko dropped three new color ways of their awesome 5kx GMTs. The yellow dial SSK017 is the winner for me! I picked this one up from the wind up watch shop!

When I saw the SSK005 I had to have it. SRPD59 came next, SRPK35. Now I need to start the yellow collection! Great vid!
Oh I just remembered! I also did that last year with the Seiko SRPD line. I bought both a Blue and Pale Yellow version. Almost forgot about that. This is what happens when you buy and own WAY too many watches 😳

I added a bright yellow rubber strap and it’s the perfect summer stunner!!
If I get one of these I have to do a strap code bracelet upgrade. Seiko always cuts cost on stamped clasp and crystal. Love the color. thx for vid.
Clasp is solid very comfortable. And I own several omegas . I was surprised by the quality

I forgot to mention that I added a Marine Master clasp to my SSK003 blueberry . I like you thought the clasp felt cheap . With the Marine Master clasp the watch feels perfect 👍🏻

I have the SKXA35 and I love to wear it. When I bought it in 2009 I had no idea it will be so difficult to find now. Mine is still working like new and gets the most wrist time. I'll likely pick up this seiko 5 yellow gmt too.

I did the same thing with Phoibos Voyager. Bought the Copper Dial version first and then later the Green. 😋

I have a traveler's or "true" GMT but will be picking this up since for me (and 95% of people), the office/caller GMT is better to own. Most of the time, I'm not traveling but I am tracking other time zones as I work with various teams all over the world.

Does the bracelet have screw links?
There are two types of GMTs right? So why is one real and one not real?
A true gmt has a jumping hour hand you can set the hour hand in hour increments.. in a caller gmt you move the gmt hand in hour increments but the hour hand is set like a normal watch that’s essentially the difference

It's not misaligned, these watches don't even have a clicking bezel it is physically impossible to be "misaligned."
