Skipping agar aap kafi kar sake toh it will define ur health long term. I used to play a 30 min cassette (if u know) and skip till it stopped. Nothing builds ur forearm and calf’s compared to skipping.

Sir I m 48 years old. Mai 2008 tak home work out karta tha. Woh maine band kar diya aur ek dharmik sanshtha mein langar mein seva karta h 10 years kitchen mein bahut heavy bartan uthatha tha. Mujhe waha cervical sopndilytis ho gaya. Ab Mai jab push ups, dand uthak bathak, pulls ups karta hun toh meri back, hamstrings aur glutes in sabhi jagah bahut pain hota h. Mai doobara exercise karna chata hun. Please mujhe kuch suggestions de. I will wait to ur reply please🙏

... other days you could focus on Pushing...and ...pulling
Kicks....of course.... resistance training is time tested method for muscle strength and power development... obviously, kicks have to be practiced separately...technique and sport specific training is needed 🙏
