I owned 2 cleaning services years ago. But when I became a mom I lost myself when post partum hit. I look around my living space and wonder WHY I mean my nickname was Martha Stewart😊 But after taking care of sick kids, a sick husband, life lifing and my own battles I think exhaustion just set in. BUT!!!! today is a NEW BEGINNING my husband just got a new kidney transplant🎉 my sons are older and outgrew asthma/bronchitis 🎉 and today is August 1, 2023 number 8 means new beginning and this video is confirmation for me to begin again and new strength will come. Thank you so much for taking time to address these areas!!!❤
I think it’s also really important how we talk to ourselves. It’s usually not because we are lazy because we are also super tired from…….WORKING! Lol 😂 be careful how you talk to yourself as you are getting your home together because I found when I called myself lazy when I got out of routine, it didn’t help. So that’s my contribution: you’re not lazy if you get out of routine because you’re so busy. That’s a priority issue. Now…if you just lazy and haven’t been doing anything? Well sure that can be a heart issue, but it can also be a mental health issue. All I’m saying is your self talk can be critical to getting in routine and getting back into routine if you get out. Be careful what you call yourself, even to yourself.

I've started crafting which I really enjoy but I can't keep things together even more than before. So I'm going to start writing and planning my life to get and keep things in order. Because it does take my peace to see my house in a disaster . May God continue to bless you ❤
I’m a SAHM and homeschool 2 out of my 3 kids. We cut our bills and downsized so I could close my business and focus on my family. I absolutely treat it like I did my business. I get dressed everyday, have scheduled out my cleaning into different days etc… it’s taken work but I have finally got my rhythm down. Some days I mess up but I always keep space in my schedule so I can catch up on anything I need to.
Great video. ✨️ I homeschool and have kids in regular school. I learned that my home needed a lot of changes to make things run smoother, both day and night. I needd to implement more changes than I ever thought. I decluttered and lived more basic and felt such a relief when I did. I had no idea all that stuff that wasn't even mine for the most part (previous family and house guests) was cluttering up my mind and my house! Loved the tips. I'm always learning. 💯❤️

Much needed practical advice! I’ve heard of having a cleaning rhythm throughout the week, so I’m not slaving on Saturday mornings. But I love the idea of applying a rhythm to things like meal planning and shopping! God bless you for this Auntie!
I really need help. I'm semi-retired and have many roadblocks to getting a neatly organized and clean living space. No financial resources to pay an organizer, busy with part-time job and all the running of a 2-person, 2-pet home. Very little time, very little energy, and very little motivation because the task is huge. No family to help. Just at that season of life when downsizing needs to happen SOON and I can't face it alone. I'm paralyzed it seems. Don't know where to start. . Nothing significant can happen after work--just exhausted and need to get ready for the next day and go to bed early. Thank you Chrystal. I will listen to this several times. Please suggestions....anyone??
