You don't have to eat the entire pepper all at once, make sure you have bread, milk and some sort of alcohol on hand. I'd say three to four jalapeños or three habenero. In case you're still reading comments and want help with spice cures: Get whole milk ready. Do not drink too much milk for relief or you will vomit. Instead, use the cold milk like mouthwash (be vigorous) and spit it out after a bit. Get ice cubes, just pop one in and suck on it till you need a new one. Eat a mix of fats and carbs before the pepper, breads and fatty things will help dilute the pepper so you don't suffer when it's on it's way out. Fiber is good to have as well, just don't stuff yourself. Using that you guys should be fine, the spiciness wont last a whole hour, after about 20 minutes effects will begin to wind down.
About the pepper challenge. Guys do two at a time two people talk and two people eat it. Once two are not in pain anymore and are able to speak the other two go. Hope this helps!

As funny as it would be initially to listen to you 4 eat a Carolina Reaper, I feel Charlie is correct as it would lack quality conversation and would be weird to listen to people struggle to talk for 30 minutes after the initial stage of reaction like as Andrew referenced ua-cam.com/video/wWQnx84cVAk/v-deo.html the 12 year old eating it after they eat it, if you were to just listen instead of watching it seems very mundane and boring so I feel that it is a bad idea.

As a experienced hot pepper eater. I recommend you find a pepper you all can agree to eat together. You don't have to eat the entire pepper all at once, make sure you have bread, milk and some sort of alcohol on hand. I'd say three to four jalapeños or three habenero. The hotness isn't really all that bad, if you're prepared for it.

The anti-Rick and Morty fandom memes are grating on me so much at this point. Not because of any attachment of mine to the show, but because I have literally never encountered a single person who sincerely says these "I am very smart" sort of crap sincerely, regarding the show. To be fair, you have to have a very high IQ to understand Rick and Morty copypastas. The humour is extremely subtle, and without a solid grasp of dank memes most of the jokes will go over a typical viewers head. There's also the high number of spinoff reposts, deftly woven into unfunny, senseless submissions people post all over reddit, for instance. The fans understand this stuff; they have the intellectual capacity to truly appreciate the depths of these jokes, to realise that they're not just unoriginal- they say something deep about DANK MEMES. As a consequence people who dislike Rick & Morty IQ copypastas truly ARE idiots- of course they wouldn't appreciate, for instance, the humour of my favourite Rick and Morty copypasta I repost on every reddit threat I can find. "To be fair, you have to have a very high IQ to understand [...]," which itself is a cryptic reference to Rick and Morty copypastas. I'm smirking right now just imagining one of those addlepated simpletons scratching their heads in confusion as Dan Harmon's my genius wit unfolds itself on their computer screens. In case you're still reading comments and want help with spice cures:
Get whole milk ready. Do not drink too much milk for relief or you will vomit. Instead, use the cold milk like mouthwash (be vigorous) and spit it out after a bit.
Get ice cubes, just pop one in and suck on it till you need a new one.
Eat a mix of fats and carbs before the pepper, breads and fatty things will help dilute the pepper so you don't suffer when it's on it's way out. Fiber is good to have as well, just don't stuff yourself.
Using that you guys should be fine, the spiciness wont last a whole hour, after about 20 minutes effects will begin to wind down.

I want to fully elaborate on this pepper issue. I think charlie is right in some aspects because when I watched the first pepper podcast I didn't think it was the best thing ever. Buuuuuuuut having you guys on camera taking it even if it was for five minutes would be extremely entertaining. The guest on the podcast idea would be really funny too but I get that it's a special family moment. If you guys prepare extra content you could do to contrast the peppers properly would be pawesome. I don't know what that would be, you guys are the creative ones. I say do it if you want to put the effort in.
