Hello, Nice material. Just an important clarification: The interpretation you do of a fluid particle is not correct. The Lagrangian method does not consists in following individual molecular particles but rather "mesoscopic" particles with an average velocity, density, etc. This is basically related to the continuum hypothesis. Inside this "mesoscopic" particles there are molecules with random motions and distanced apart ones from the others. This random motion is what's behind Fick's law and diffusion phenomena in general. Anyway, keep it up!
