    Soak your vegetables in water to cover and add 2 tablespoons of white vinegar, let it soak for at least 15 min, rinse, the pesticides will be gone. Do this with all fruits and vegetables. No need for organic.

      That's false information, the pesticides and chemicals do grow into the foods we consume when we spray them, google the research! the only thing the vinegar is going to get rid of is bacteria maybe some weak viruses but not the pesticides.

    Medical Medium information saved my life! I highly recommend to read all of the Medical Medium books and follow protocols so that you can live life on your own terms, free of pain and suffering! I've been drinking 32oz (almost daily) for 18 months and I will continue this healthy addiction forever! Going to the bathroom right away is a sign that your body needed to cleanse! That will pass and your body will be at the next healing stage at a deeper level. Wishing you all the best! Great video.

    I've only seen your two celery videos. I like the way you talk about health stuff. Level headed; common sense! I caught your second video on celery, first! It has no comment section, for a good reason, so I'm commenting here! All the shopping for so much celery and the everyday prep and cleanup, etc., can be too much work and money and also stressful in such regard! I would suggest using celery any way you can, but only when it suits your whim, even simply snacking on a stalk now and then... when you feel like it! You could make some homemade soup that includes celery, sometimes, and put the extra soup in mason jars (and store in fridge) to use for a week or so! Cut out the excessive work (and so cut out the stress) and enjoy food as a cultural joy! Julianne, thanks for your good videos!

    Acne is a sign of leaky gut syndrome and hormone imbalance. Celery juice helps repair this, but a overall diet change is necessary. Using this a temporary band-aid isn't going to permanently cure acne. It is all about your diet.

    It's not just a craze, it's the truth! You didn't give it enough time sweetie. I watched your video about why you stopped drinking celery juice and how you dont know all the facts and that you dont really care but I know you do because if you didn't, you would have never tried it. First and foremost you did not give it a chance at all. You're looking for immediate change and that's not how it works. You're lucky it worked fast for your facial acne. That was the first benefit that most people see. Your facial acne is not related to your back and chest acne. Whatever pathogens that caused your facial acne that were trapped in your liver was cleared. If you would have continued for let's say 6more months, you would have seen changes in your body acne. The celery juice had to get rid of pathogens on a much deeper level in your liver. Kinda like a sponge soaking up liquid. You barely touch your liver with the celery juice. Also, when you was having that "digestive problem", that was not from the food you JUST ate. Your intestines dont work that fast hun. No amount of celery juice will make you have a movement which involves the food you ate right then. That was everything in your colon sitting there that was digested from yesterday. It would have all passed and you would have been regular if you would have just stuck with the celery juice a little longer. The health benefits is on a molecular level once you make juicing celery a habit or ritual. I encourage you read more about juicing celery and its benefits if you really want to get rid of your body acne and other issues. There's a good book by Anthony Williams the Medical Medium that will help you see this diet in a whole new light. I promise it works. I know this as a fact. Sorry I had to post this on here since you disabled comments on the other video. I just couldn't help but notice the lack of education you had about celery juicing and I felt you deserve to know the truth bc you obviously care about your health and beauty. Just looking out for you love, that's all. I wish you the best and hope everything comes to light for you in all your endeavors.

    Do you notice the difference on how you clean your face to the way you clean your body, your face gets the most attention. I keep two long handle body brushes, one for the shower to use wet with body wash and one I keep dry. I dry brush my skin gently, on my back, shoulders , arms, legs, buttocks to remove all the dead skin, this helps to keep your pores clear and you should start to see a difference. Dry brush first and then jump in the shower and finish with the wet brush and body wash. Clean your neck and chest as you would your face. But if you have a deeper ingrown pimples see a dermatologist and get this under control first. This has nothing to do with juicing , but when you talk about body acne I have to put in my two cents.

    If you don’t mind sharing, what was your diet like throughout this celery cleanse? I believe it would be important & interesting to know. I’ve heard it may be caused by a streptococcus overgrowth and if yours came back then it might be because you did not completely clear out the strep from your entire system (liver, lymphatic, gut, etc)

  • @valivida995

    in response to the video that you made about you stopped doiing it. I put the celery in water overnight (I only cut the bottom off, the rest the leaves I let them)in the morning I just have to turn it around in the bucket and it is already clean and it plumps up with more water so you’ll have less money to spend on celery. And I take it after my workouts if I’m doing that day and have my meal later in the morning. I have tremendous benefits thanks to the celery juice and always seeking Ways doing it less « effortlessly » and doing it faithfully not religiously. I wish the people have patience and understanding that we were very good at ingesting the « crap » for decades, since we were born and it takes only but a few months to help our body out to clear and to purge the crap ingested for many years in order to see more definite results.
    For me it’s about preparedness, cause I do it for my spouse and my kids too and it takes all in all 15-17 min with the clean up and soaking it in the water the night before

    • @peacetoall5992
      @peacetoall5992 5 років тому

      Can you explain again what you do, sorry I don't understand. Are you saying you soak it overnight and it then expands by the morning? Also do you know whether it is still beneficial to blend with water instead of juicing. Thanks.

    • @valivida995
      @valivida995 5 років тому

      Follower of Truth yes, that’s right I let it soak overnight, because most of the times the celery is half wilted till the moment we buy it, this way I am sure that the juicer will extract more nutrients than from a wilted plant. The Medical Medium released a new video on his youtube channel about not blending it with water. If I’d have to choose blending or doing nothing, I’d choose blending. and for someone that doesn’t like celery is better to pass it through a mesh this way it is easier to drink it. In order to keep doing in the long run it is better to choose what is more convenient for you and the most important to be consistent ( 7 days challenge for example is not applicable and reasonable).

    trying 32 oz (16 oz 2x/day) of celery juice a day for 2 weeks and see what happens.
    incorporating 2-3 full carrots (or medium sweet potato), 1 beet, 1 lemon, a medium to large sized cucumber (exclude if using the sweet potato), a piece of ginger (or grated or powdered ginger), bell or red peppers, and some parsley and cilantro or spearmint a day. (Skin took on a more radiant glow.) Cucumber is much more suitable to my palate and body. The same with carrot, beet, lemon. Celery juice has helped many tremendously though. I suggest giving it at least 2, maybe 3, weeks straight if you're going to really try it, however. (Would you try working out for just a few days and expect major improvement?) If you're intent on trying celery, consider adding 1/2 - 1 oz of lemon and 3-4 oz of fresh apple, pear, or grape juice. It dilutes it slightly (25%), but not so much that you lose benefit or add way too much sugar. That was the only way I could get it down. Straight celery had me starting to vomit by day 3 or 4, but with the additions I could at least get it all down and keep it that way. (No problem with cucumber though.)

      @@JulianneHeckel I think taking care of your bodies is life long need anyway, because every new day is a new start of are health. People must train themselves to love healthy lifestyle so it ś not exhausting anymore, then the junk food gonna feel and taste like crap. No drug can keep our skin clear if we don`t fix the root problem and after that we must make sure that we do everything do keep the problem not coming back, it means to change everything to support digestion, liver, stress and diet. Also I do celery juicing with blender and muslin cloth, i love the taste and my skin is less red and pores are shrinking, also I have more energy and less gases. And i suggest people to try blood type diets, because why we have different blood chemistry? because everybody is unique and needs individual diet to be the best version of themselves :)

      The whole idea of celery juicing is not about the taste it’s about the results. You must not add any fruit, lemon etc OR ice - put your glass in the freezer while you make it to help keep it cold. It is to be juiced and drunk immediately on an empty stomach - just chug it down, before any other food or liquid is consumed. - toughen up girl :) it gets much better over a week or two, and when you and others see the results, well what’s a little unpleasant taste.

    • @rasingrichins6452
      @rasingrichins6452 5 років тому +3

      Just be aware that for optimal results you need to just suck it up and drink it straight.

      Anna Marie T1D OKAY! So I talked with my nutritionist/pharmacist and she said that since the celery juice has high amounts of sodium, it acts as a diuretic and flushes water out of your system and skin.
      I personally didn’t have an adequate water content in my skin. So when I drank it, I was further dehydrating my skin and it became inflamed. Those that have high concentrations of water in their skin are able to have water flushed out of their system and be completely fine since they have that hydration to spare.
      - I probably butchered the proper scientific explanation of it all, but this is just what I understood from our talk. I am in no way saying this is absolutely true, simply relaying a message. :)
      She was able to tell me this through blood work I did and advised me to drink one celery juice a week if I still want to!

    Good information but why didn't you just cut-up the celeries and eat them every morning? What is the difference? I don't see any special advantage of going through the hassle of juicing celery. Is there a difference that we do not know of?

      If you want to clean your skin, you take a shower. You don't slather oatmeal or fruit all over you. Same idea with juicing - you're cleaning your organs. If you need fiber in your diet, then eating fruit/veggies is fine. I have a friend who's diabetic and he can't have fruit juice. But this is about detoxing and cleansing
