2. They dont have a good risk Management.
3. They dont have a good Strategy.
4. They dont know what the Liquidation price is.
5. They make to much Leverage so they can really much profit but also lose everything.

The last guy is Tom Hoougard and he’s a very good trader, what doesn’t mean that he will always be right. His book “Best loser wins” is a must read.

Iv crush, stock options have many different parts to them that make them worth more or less. Typically news or earnings cause the IV(implied volatility) value of a stock option to wildly swing in the short term. He probably would've been alright had he held assuming he had a longer term holding plan if the price kept going his direction. Most likely he panicked and sold for a loss or was day trading them not allowing for a longer hold though.

If you buy you lost 5000 dollars. You need to withdraw all of your holding and look for fund that all ready low no more than 2 percentage lost to buy to limit the lost.
