Ok but will the sc judges take the responsibilty that whatever caste is sidelined they wont face discrimination ??
By observing the CSE final results pdf one can easily see how some particular communities are getting benefitted each year, I respect their hardwork and dedication for getting their names in the holy pdf but this also shows how skewed the affirmative action ....if other marginalized communities get their due support then they too can uplift themselves and society would become more equitable.
However now caste based politics, caste census and other divisive actions can make the society more divided than before.
I m from SC community, I have agreed with supreme court judgement, this is true those people who are stand at high level government job, they should not entitled to again benifit of government job, about me,till today not any member in government job my family.
But here court has not given classification on the basis of economic conditions but they are taking caste based classification within SC ST

@@dharmendrakumar-un4kq aise to reservation social backward bhi criteria ko bhi dekh ke milta lekin ews me sirf economical basis pe mil gya to kha gya system of proportional reservation to yh sab political chiz hai caste ke andr caste based discrimination kabhi me healthy society create nhi karta just like caste where upper caste dominant and clash are not going to end even today. The same way it creates problems like that within own community because everyone wants to show their dominance to lower ones
There is one concern over the sc verdict about ,that states now can sub classify the SCs but if this approach goes in negative side by states? Is there could be discrimination again by states then what ?

Reservation does have many loopholes in its implementation. Mostly, well off SC STs enjoy the benefits of this policy. In many ways it re- enforces caste consciousness. Solid review in its implementation is must.
Article 14 of the constitution referring to the right to equality is an ideal to be achieved or a desired state of the nation whereas inequality that is already prevalent within / between the different castes of the country is a living reality of the country. Now what should the court, the parliament or the president must give more precedence or priority to? the virtual equality as prescribed by the article 14 or the state of actual equality that is being restored on the ground? achieve the latter and the objective of the previous shall be attained anyway. that is the question. how should they proceed to reconcile this inequality and create an equal opportunity society or level playing field without any form of discrimination? While accounting for the historical injustices that have already been perpetrated and caused a substantial damage to its people. could we dispute over the prevalent inequalities and injustices that have been caused historically within different segments of the society? if no, then what is the solution to right all those wrongs radically and permanently? we ought to think in terms of ascension and integration in the mainstream of those deprived, exploited segments of the society so that a harmonious whole is restored seamlessly. Now is that possible or not, that is a worthy question. If no, then we hold no political will or intent in the first place as a society to implement the constitution in its word and spirit. more than political will I think society has to collectively make up its mind whether it wants to get rid of this social evil called casteism and outgrow its toxic influence. If there is this bottom-up impetus to this problem then parliamentary and judicial frameworks could be easily and effectively implemented and a true equality could be regained within a matter of few decades. but the question is do we collectively as a society wish to eliminate casteism once and for all? if yes, then all the proposed solutions shall bear a lasting impact on the affected classes and segments of the society, if not, then we are and we shall continue to be trapped in the same rut perpetually.
clearly there is a schism between the ideal scenario of equality for all and the lived actuality of the countless many where they might like to call themselves equal but in effect they aren't. who could reconcile this discrepancy and how? that is what the constitution attempts to do by creating a clearly defined legislative framework that any discrimination based on caste, creed, ethnicity, etc. has been declared illegal and yet even today based on caste, ethnicity, etc. a person's livelihood and future prospects are being determined. lets not bring in fairness and morality here for the moment and think rationally; have we ever actually implemented the principles and values mentioned within our constitution? if not, why? if yes, why do we need to debate over these matters now after seven decades and yet not reaching upon any consensus? something is radically wrong with us as a civilized, cultured society, isn't it?
Bad decision must be again overlook firstly we need to do caste census on the basis of it need to revise the reservation percentage then after need to look how many privilege postion like higher post dgp , secretary... Is hold by sc community, how many sc judges and high court judges hailed from this community if not enough represented than need to do reservation in promotion than classification can be think in such a way

BR Ambedkar ne education reservation 10 saal aur political reservation 15 saal k liye Diya tha, wo chachte the ki reservation k baad SC ST mainstream me aaye but Aaj Tak koi nahi mainstream me ayaa aur sc st se 1950 me IAS bun chuke k grandchildren aaj bhi reservation le rahe
