Sandals Regency La Toc | Day 4 | Last Day Departure Details, Important Beach Info, & Room Tours!

The last day has come! It is our fourth and final day here at Sandals Regency La Toc in St. Lucia! Recency La Toc is one of three Sandals adult-only, all-inclusive locations in St. Lucia! Since we depart tomorrow, we explained some of the necessary steps to take care of the day before, and what to expect on travel day - such as taking our required re-entry COVID-19 Rapid Test, scheduling our shuttle time to the airport, luggage pick up, necessary airport documents, and departure time! Today was our required travel agent tour, so we were able to check out some different room categories, as well as receive some important information about the resort - such as premium cabana purchases, red lane spa current safety protocols, benefits of butler services, and wedding options! Once our buisness was taken care of, we decided to hit the water! Unfortunately it was a ‘red flag’ day and were informed that we were unable to get into the ocean at all under these conditions. We were very surprised since this differed from experiences at other Sandals locations. Apparently, this beach is very moody and is a red flag often. This is definitely a big consideration when deciding to book this resort. Since the ocean was closed, we had a great time hitting the pool and eating some delicious pizza! Hey guys! Another great video. How long would you recommend staying at a Sandals/Beaches resort? I don’t like 3 day cruises because I feel like I am just getting started when it ends. Is a static resort similar where 5 to 7 days is better?

When we stayed at Sandals Grande St Lucian we met so many people, who came over every day to swim in the ocean. The Grande is in a bay, the water was always calm. We were their for 12 nights and we never had a red flag day. We were there in early to mid March just for reference. That is the nice thing about the stay at 1 and play at the other resorts in the area (pre & post covid). It is a bummer that because of Covid-19 restrictions that you could not visit the other 2 resorts. It just means that you will have to go back some day and check out the other 2 properties on St Lucia. As I have said before we love St Lucia, love the Sandals Brand and really appreciate you bringing back some wonderful memories of out trip to St Lucia. Especially because at this time even with full vaccinations we can't travel due to pre-existing health issue. It just means when we can travel to Sandal Royal Barbados in March 2022 we will really be ready to enjoy the Caribbean again. Thank you again for all your great travel videos it has kept us sane while we are stuck at home.

Which resort did you like better the grande or la toc
@@parciahmahabee6277 We loved the Grande, it is flat and much easier to get around. The La Toc is very hilly and I have bad knees. If you go to Sandals Grande St Lucian have a great trip. We absolutely loved it, we did not want to leave.

Thanks for the info about the gluten-free pizza That's cool. As far as the bags is everybody have to give them their bags is that only if you're checking your bags or how does that work

The bags get picked up and taken down to the departure area of the resort where the shuttle will take you to the airport. You don't have to do that, but it's part of that excellent Sandals service! They will then load the bags into your shuttle (checked and carry on). :)

We are headed there next month. I’m really worried about not being able to swim in the ocean and not going to the other Sandals. When I booked two days ago they said we can go to the other resorts do I’m not sure
Hi John! It has been a few months since we were in St. Lucia so the COVID protocols may have changed in that time. The information the representatives on location give should be correct since they are constantly being updated with local safety mandates. We hope you have a great time! 🤗
At npncovid time do guests have unlimited access to the jacuzzi and the sauna or is it charged as an extra

We don’t believe they were available at all. The jacuzzi definitely wasn’t, as it was drained. We seem to recall the sauna/steam room being unavailable at the time of our trip (early March). :)
