Well, the 3 is guaranteed if you do any amount of damage. Some people or most of the lobby probably sat through the good ones and got more than the guaranteed amount

My guess is itll still consume everything, but will double the affect
So, i have a wise set and tested it

I did a unstable dragon with someone today in a basically empty server (like 5-6 players) right after spooky event
I put 2 eggs, someone else did 2 and he did 4.
At the end I got the helmet and he gave me the boots plus 15 frags for free.
The wierd thing is though the 'someone else' got 1st and didn't get a piece so u explained the sword but how about the armor?

You should test if you can get a piece (besides boots) or a sword without placing any eyes if u are the only one damaging the drag

Do this instead it’s more efficient, now above the dragon then switch to an end sword since it does 100% more damage to the drag; it costs 100 coins from the merchant. Then when you’re falling down, switch to it and you can get like 1.3 mil damage

What armor and bow do u use to get drags?
in the present young is now second best set(in terms od the dragons sets of course)
if u use enchanted Redstone lamp you get both the effects of the Redstone block and glowstone block
If u travel from spiders den to the end with ur aote, can u place eyes?

ok so i have drag hunt V on runaans, full godly unstable, and a pretty decent amount of talismans but i only average around 1-1.2 mil, what do i do?? i use pots, lately been trying strength VI, crit IV, and arch IV and so i feel like my damage should be much higher, please help :)

its unweighted 16% chance thats why its not exactly 16 in your small sample size. a weighted percent chance would mean after a certain amount of one type of dragon it would force it to another type to maintain the 16% spread

I definitely think it’s true, it might be the first dragon when the skyblock year hits “day 2.” Or it could just up the chance severely on day 2. No way to know though.
