For the woods racing one what you mentioned was actually possible, initially, with the end race. Therefore it was possible to get a time of less than 10 seconds in that race. It's fixed now - you could do /spawn and then teleport back to the start.
SkyblockAddons doesn't print negative numbers to mana count, they did not fix it.

I think a good myth would be how trees and foraging things re-spawn. Does proximity prevent it from re-spawning? How close can you be to affect this. I also personally used to think you couldn't be looking at where it spawns.
Also I do still think proximity can effect how fast something re-spawns.

Although you can't use ender pearls in the woods race, I was able to fast travel to the jungle island mid race. Maybe look into that?
Even if you kick everyone leaves sure your by yourself but it's still a coop profile which means you can invite more players later. A solo profile means you cant invite anyone.

Actually, you don't need a glitched "Radiant Power Orb" to place it underwater on a hopper, and the hopper is important it wont place otherwise. So it has to be completely underwater and on a hopper

The jungle portal and the dark thicket portal have swapped texts. You can see on the portal frame right when you place them that its messed up.

Can u glitch into the dragon gate when a dragon fight is going on? As in like using aote to teleport thru the gate? I tested it and it works for me.
