- For the new Black Screen Series here comes a new Strong Thunder and Heavy Rain Sounds for Sleeping Composition. I recorded the sounds recently close to Cologne, Germany throughout the whole night. I think it turned out pretty nice. But what do you think about it? Just drop me a comment in the section below.
If you wonder why I'm not talking in this sleep sounds video it's because with this new series I want to meet the high demand for pure nature sounds without any talking.
You may try Heavy Rain and Thunder Sounds for Relaxing Sleep or if you suffer from insomnia in general. It may also work for tinnitus release and if you want to get rid of annoying sounds in general.

I play this in my semi truck during my 10 hour rest break on a friggin sound bar!! My wife is currently sleeping like a baby with this thing playing on a soundbar right now. It sounds like the real thing!
Hi Miguel thank you vey much for your comment. I recorded all audio tracks on my own in real nature settings while rain and thunderstorms approached the area. And I always use high quality sound recorders. So that's probably the reason why it sounds so real to you. I came across this by accident. My boyfriend can't sleep with the tv on and I can't sleep without it. The black screen is good for him and the sound is good for me. We've slept really well this past week and now we have a perfect compromise. Thank you ❤

I like this one. It's the first one I've found that doesn't sound like it's been looped with a short recording repeating over and over. Sounds much more authentic.

I have always slept with the TV on and well it makes for an unrestful sleep. I came across this and I ABSOLUTELY love it!!! I now turn off the TV and fall asleep rather quickly!!! A MUST TRY!!!

Your husband should ask his doctor about a sleep apnea test, especially if he stops breathing at times during the night and then gasps. I used to snore, but now use a cpap machine. The new ones are fairly quiet. I get more sleep, wake up without a headache, and my wife sleeps well.

This is literally what I have done i stick my headphones on and listen to this helps me relax and I can't hear him snoring away at side of me I'm not waking him up every 10 minutes and we're both able to sleep with no distractions
You know in real life I am afraid of thunder and storms. Bad experience with a tornado. However I struggle from insomnia and the ability to shut my brain down and boy do these vids help. Thank you for all of your kind work. ❤
Let me tell you one thing. I was afraid of thunderstorms too, because I couldn't stand to think about the chance that a thunder strike right in front of my face. But I cured this anxiety because I had to go out to do the recordings for the channel. 🤗

So I've been listening to rain and thunder to help facilitate sleep since I was around 13 or 14 I'm 36 now. The reason I bring that up is because in that time I have listened to countless soundscape CDs and, since the advent of UA-cam, rain and thunder videos. I say all of that to say this...

I'm actually watching this because I have Astraphobia (Fear of thunder/lightning) and I'm really trying my hardest to get over this fear. It's been a huge struggle to deal with since I live in Florida and I plan to move to Orlando (the lightning capital of the United States), but I do my best to calm my anxiety and try not let it control me. So hopefully by listening to these sounds can help prepare me for when a storm comes.

I've suffered from insomnia for many, many years. I used to take sleep aids to fall asleep, not realizing that they were bad for me and addictive...I've stopped them a few years ago and sometimes I have stayed awake all night long...I listened to the different scriptures which was relaxing but I still couldn't sleep. I run a fan, have tried various isochronic sounds, a cpap, a bipap but still had trouble sleeping for years. I put this on and I am out nearly immediately. It was shocking. I don't know what the magic juice is but it is remarkable.

Early morning, Sunday, 11/7/21 --- Every year at about this time we here in California USA move our clocks back one hour (officially at 2:00 am), then we'll move them ahead again in March 2022. This practice goes back to when farmers needed to work long hours harvesting their crops and they needed as much daylight as they could get, but now that that's no longer an issue (huge, bright lights available at the flip of a switch any time of the day or night) a lot of states are considering stopping the twice-yearly time change. Hey there EmmKaa, actually in Europe the governments do the same thing and lately there was a bigger discussion to stop doing the time-shifts. Actually the European Parliament wanted to stop it in 2021, but till today nothing has happened, we still change the time one hour back. This is one of the Only Vid that do not have that humming sound or low whispers. I can hear low-pitched sounds in my left ear so I hear whispers better than loud noise. So thank you I went thru countless vid until I found this one.
