Review the federal laws section and try to create mnemonic devices for them like Reg B “B=bigot is a person that discriminates; Reg B covers ECOA and Fair Housing which both cover discrimination” almost all of the laws can be siloed into this format , also read the answers first in many cases you will be able to reduce your options from 4 to 2-3 which will improve your odds of you need to guess. Good luck with your exam…you got this:)
Make sure to jump around and mark questions that you are not sure about. In many cases reading the answers first then the question will help you eliminate obvious wrong answers and improve your probability of selecting the correct answers. Good luck….you got this :)

In most cases, yes! The question could be worded better but always remember to pick the best possible answer (which in this case is D since the other answers are 100% MLO only). Good catch! 🙂

Im going to be taking the MLO exam in Jan of 2025. Do you think you can make a video going over all of the Federal laws listed in frame 2:27, please?
