Praise God!! I passed the test yesterday with 80%!!! I did an online course back in Oct 2023 & finally decided to schedule my exam. I was looking on UA-cam for a video to help me prepare for the exam & came across this, thank you Mrs. Articia!! This is all I studied. I took notes, made flashcards and listened to it a few times. The test was hard not going to lie! All her tips came in handy. They did have a few questions about flood insurance and coverage requirements, so I also suggest to study that beside this video. But I can say 1000% this video prepared me and help me pass. RIP Mrs. Articia, you made a difference in so many lives.
Was there questions on the test about any clauses for you? I’m freaking out bc my LO friends are telling me that the MEC course was sufficient and I’ll be fine but I joined the MLO study buddy group and I hear a bunch of borrow stories about people failing multiple times and that the 20hr course is not enough and all this and all that and
@@KRVKENx The 20 hr course is very thorough. Which can make it challenging to prepare for the exam because it is so so much information to try to remember. This is why is video is an amazing tool to help you pass the NMLS exam. The only topic that she did not cover that the exam did have a few questions about was Flood insurance. Everything else I felt totally prepared by all of the information given on this video. Just like Mrs. Articia says, they do try to trick you in the wording of the questions. So just read carefully each question but you will have enough time. I had about 20 minutes left after I finished all 120 questions and reviewed a few I flagged. You can do it!!! Rooting for you!!
Just passed today with a 79% on my first attempt. I listened to this every morning on the way to work and every night with headphones on while I slept, for almost 3 weeks. You are the 👑. Thank you for everything. Rest easy. 💕

Just took my exam today and passed with a 75% !! First try !! This video is a gold mine. Thank you and Rest in Paradise Atricia. All I did was take theCEshop course which I finished a little over 2 months ago and did not touch , then suddenly watched this video , wrote EVERYTHING in my notebook , rewatched sections while driving to work , studied my notebook , a few quizlets , and took the practice exams from The CE shop , but I only studied for about 2 or so weeks before I took it ! But what was the most important factor without a shadow of a doubt was God . My 75% score is a testament ! Have faith in God and with His strength you can do all things . Can’t describe how crucial of a factor He was throughout the whole process and I wouldn’t have passed without my faith !! God is the way ! Always !! God bless all of you guys on your journeys ! You can do it !!!
@@lukasbelletete9 about 4-5 or so for me, but all we’re pretty much about front-end (housing expense ratio) and back-end (Debt-to-Income ratio) ratios, so they were pretty easy. I’m pretty sure you can’t be given more than 7 or so , so try not to worry about math too much like how Atricia said in the video

I came across this video and THANK GOD I did! I listened to this course 3-4 times (at home, driving in the car, etc) over the weekend and took notes. On Monday, I PASSED on my first attempt! I wish she was still alive today because I would definitely thank her for explaining everything in an easy-to-remember format. Yes a few things are now outdated, however, I didn’t get any questions pertaining to specifics w/penalties $ amount. She was also right, don’t focus too much on the math, as I only had 2 math problems. Needless to say, this course helped and I hope it helps the next person too! Congratulations with passing exam on first attempt. Let me ask you have you studied any other sources while preparing to this exam. I bought nmls study guide 2024-5 from mometrix. Is it enough for safe passing exam? Thanks
@@rfranklin999 my apologies for the delayed reply. I took the required pre-licensing course, but to be honest this exam review stuck with me the most. I purchased flash cards, made my own, but I don’t feel as if I learned enough to prepare me for the exam, so I opted to find something else (without paying more $) and this is the one! The way she explains it makes it so much easier to memorize.

I watched this video about 9 times. Took notes. I knew I was ready when I started scoring 80+ on practice tests. Master reading the question to really understand what they’re asking. My study course had flash cards when I could recall about 85% of the answers correctly I knew I was understanding it.
Thanks be to God I passed my test today with a 78% on the first try, after studying intensively for a week. I found this video a couple of days ago. I listened to it twice, taking notes the second time I heard it. I could hear her voice while testing. She was truly gifted. She was an excellent teacher. Rest in Peace Artricia. 🙏

I passed my test today on my first attempt. This video is great. But go over her other videos from Affinity Real Estate as well, as she explains ARMs, flood insurance(amounts are old, find the updated ones), her flash cards and pop quizzes. But before taking the actual test go over at least 2 sets of prep tests so you can experience the exam and learn from all the questions you got wrong. you should be able to pass. She covers it all. You are a beautiful Soul Artricia. Rest in peace .

I would be remiss to not comment on how helpful this video is. I passed my exam on the first try last week. Watched this video 3 times and took a bunch of questions. Only prepped 6 days for this exam. This lady is a gift and after reading these comments it appears that she has passed away. If that is true may she rest in paradise. I Passed my exam today on 1st try and all beacuse of this video.... Make as much notes as possible from here. I got 7 math problem, 6 questions related with Loan Estimate, 4 Q were realted to QM. Stumbled across this days before my exam and i believe it made the difference. Her teaching style helped me better understand all of the material and she provided the context in a "to the point" style that others couldn't. Just left the test center with a passing 80% grade. I found out Artricia had passed a couple years ago so i hope she was able to see the positive affect she continues to bring us from a higher place 🙏

Hello Atricia, the way you explained it was so easy to understand. I took the 20hrs with oncourse and the instructor basically ran through it very quick via zoom. I was still at a lost. I don't recommend oncourse for the 20 hrs. To anyone taking NMLS, if you listen to how Atricia explained it you'll pass. Just listen to this a few times. Don't stress to much on the math. I had like less than 5 math questions. Like Atricia said don't focus to much on the math. I passed on the 1st try with a 78% yesterday. Thank you Atricia. I hope you're doing well in heaven. R.i.p.
I just took the test. I didnt study after the 20 hour course. I took several tests from CompuCram and all the tests did was condition me to their repetitive questions. I never got above 75% from what I learned, but more so what I memorized. I only did that about 3 times. But THEN I watched this video twice. Each time stopping at every regulation to make sure I understood what she was saying. Once I understood the concepts and her emphasis on what I needed to pass the exam, I'd move on to the next topic on the video, remembering key points as I went. I got an 80%. I graded exceptional on federal and moderate everywhere else. THANK YOU!!!

@meganhullett2761 Hello, yes. The information can be outdated, and it is said in the video. It teaches you enough to pass. Funny thing is even if we go by actual numbers say for debt to income, for example. There is a lot more leniency in today's world and you can almost always find a way out of situations with proper documentation.
I got lucky the UA-cam algorithm pointed me in the direction of this video. What a blessing, loved the delivery and the content. I watched it for 2 days and just passed the MLO test today. Thank you Articia!

I just got back from my test and am THRILLED to share that I passed on my second try with an 82%!!! I'm so grateful Artricia's video was shared with me because the way she teaches is relatable and easy to understand and apply. Like others, I heard her in my head when I was reading questions on the test. I failed my first test with a 73% because I was told to just take tests and learn the questions. That is the FURTHEST from the truth and definitely not the way to go! You must learn the CONTENT and the laws to fully understand how to answer the question. I watched this video once to write down all the notes and then watched again to add notes to my notes and then just kept her in my ears any chance I got. You will not go wrong with this resource as part of your study materials.

Just passed the exam on my first try this week. I have no doubt that watching these videos played a huge part in that. Watch all her videos and watch this particular one twice. Take notes. Make flash cards. You have to understand the material, otherwise you will not pass. Memorizing things is just not enough. Pair these videos with Compucram’s test prep and keep taking the practice questions and exams until Compucram tells you you’re 100% ready on their meter. Do this and commit to a couple hours of study per day for 2-3 weeks and you should be golden. RIP Artricia and thank you!

While I didn’t take my classes through Affinity and I wish I had, I stumbled across this video and let me tell you…. What a game changer. I took the exam last month and got a 74. I just took it today and got an 84. The difference: this video. I watched it 3 times the past 3 days along with other study materials however everything I was presented with in the exam, I remembered from this video. I highly suggest this video to be watched 2-3 times before your exam and also study other materials. Thank you for this video. It made such a difference. I’m a certified appraiser in GA since 2006. And let me tell you. No matter what industry you are in, you NEED THIS VIDEO.

Passed with a 93% today and this video was an immense help. The way she phrases the questions are very similar to how they're written on the test. Regarding the content of the test, definitely focus more on the concepts and less on memorizing the ratios and penalties. A lot of the questions are very situational and not something you could look up if you didn't already know the answer. Good luck!

Passed with a 90 today. Oncourse prep XL practice tests 15 times in one week of studying with about an 83 average. Stumbled across this video the night before the test and stayed up until 4 a.m. to watch the entire video and it made a huge difference. Thank you to Ms. Woods!
I've been in this business a long time but haven't personally originated since the licensing requirement was just a state real estate license. I found this just 2 days before my exam and passed first try at 86%. I wish I would have found this to use as a study guide weeks prior. Artricia is an angel and makes things so easy to remember, things that we don't do or have to know in the daily grind of this business. Just an FYI, I think my exam had a total of 3 math problems that required the calculator provided but a TON of federal law. Good luck all and RIP Artricia...prayers up to you! 🙏

This 4hr video is what I mainly studied from. I played it for the week took notes, read them, then watched the video again throughout the week. There’s a 35 min video she had on the math part only. I watched that one only on my way to the exam and when I was in the waiting room waiting to be checked in. And when I sat for the exam I wrote down all the formulas I had remembered on the sheet they provided before starting the exam. But all the info I believe is in this video too. If you’re here you’ll pass.

Hi, may I ask which test did you take? I just finished mg 20hr course and about to schedule my test. In the NMLS checklist there were 3 options, national & State, National and stand-alone UST, national test with uniform state content. I’m kind of lost as I’m doing all this by myself. TIA💕

Took the test and passed the test on the first try. Could not have done without this video! I watched it the first time, took screenshots, reviewed the screenshots and then watched the video two more times at 1.5 speed! 3 weeks of preparation but made sure I understand the contents in the video A to Z! I took and passed the MLO test today in my 1st attempt. Watch this multiple times and memorized it. I highly recommend it. Woods has great teaching methods; straight to the point and great anecdotes that helped me remember the info.

I have the Michigan state exam in 5 days. I am not prepared at all. The comments people are leaving is building a lot of confidence in me. I'm going all in on this video. I'll take a few practice tests in between, but this seem to be the way to go and I'm going to soak it in.
So I got sick and pushed the test off for 4 more days and I am so glad I did. I just finished the video, taking pages upon pages of notes. I'll take 3 exam practice tests, check my answers and write them down and watch this video again with all of my notes in hand, so my mind recalls writing the information down as well as questions I was asked related to the topic. I'm on pace to pass, but we finna see!
Family drama and general lack of confidence due to failing 3 practice tests. Decided to cancel test and re-schedule it, despite it costing another $110. But it'll take another 30+ days or so to reschedule it. I can barely afford another test, but I absolutely cannot afford another 30 days. June 8th is the big day.
Am taking my test later this month, just found this video, and I shall say it helps more than the study material I was givin, like she mentioned she teaches sesame street style which is so helpful to digest such complex material, mahalos Mrs.Atrica, blessings 😇

I absolutely love & appreciate this video. Very informative and in depth. I will however say this the banks 🏦 are actually the borrowers bcuz it’s proven in the “Federal Reserve Act” Section 16 part 1 & 2. The bank’s borrow from our credit which they in turn take our application to the Federal Reserve and they convert them into securities UP FRONT to which becomes the money. For example if a person “applies for a loan” for $500k or $50M the amount for the application/security is the same amount applied for. Also 15 USC 1615 talks about transactions and being refunded any unearned interest. On top of that we have a interest affixed to the loan however the banks are supposed to pay the interest. Learning about Federal Reserve Act the Bill of Exchange Act 15 USC Codes will unveil the real truth behind what really happens with these processes with home loans.

She made it so easy to remember by associating and all her tips are right on point. On the test, I felt like I was hearing her voice repeating over and over. If they tricked you enough you'll give them another $110. I took notes and paused the video to make my own notes and that was all it took. If you do not see value in this free 4 hours course. You won to see it on anything else. Thank you to this school for keeping this video up and allowing so many ppl to benefit from it for free. and Thank you to Artricia in a way you are still teaching, what a great gift you left behind.
Not all her material is on the test but it did help with at least half of it (maybe more, each exam is different). Watch it as many times as you need to and listen to what Artricia tells you. She knows her stuff. You need to write down EVERYTHING she says that's not on her slides. Create your own study guide, whether you use Flash Cards or a Q&A document, and study it!!! Don't just rely on this video to help you pass. Know the content! Don't memorize questions and answers or you WILL fail. Also, take as many practice exams as you can until you get 85% at least 3 times in a row. You should be ready then. The exam is very cruel. Like Artricia says, "They want you to fail and gladly take another $110 from you"! Good Luck and God Bless you ALL!!!

All I did was take theCEshop course which I finished a little over 2 months ago and did not touch , then suddenly watched this video , wrote EVERYTHING in my notebook , rewatched sections while driving to work , studied my notebook , a few quizlets , and took the practice exams from
The CE shop , but I only studied for about 2 or so weeks before I took it ! But what was the most important factor without a shadow of a doubt was God . My 75% score is a testament ! Have faith in God and with His strength you can do all things . Can’t describe how crucial of a factor He was throughout the whole process and I wouldn’t have passed without my faith !! God is the way ! Always !! God bless all of you guys on your journeys ! You can do it !!!

@@lukasbelletete9 about 4-5 or so for me, but all we’re pretty much about front-end (housing expense ratio) and back-end (Debt-to-Income ratio) ratios, so they were pretty easy. I’m pretty sure you can’t be given more than 7 or so , so try not to worry about math too much like how Atricia said in the video

I came across this video and THANK GOD I did! I listened to this course 3-4 times (at home, driving in the car, etc) over the weekend and took notes. On Monday, I PASSED on my first attempt! I wish she was still alive today because I would definitely thank her for explaining everything in an easy-to-remember format. Yes a few things are now outdated, however, I didn’t get any questions pertaining to specifics w/penalties $ amount. She was also right, don’t focus too much on the math, as I only had 2 math problems. Needless to say, this course helped and I hope it helps the next person too! @@rfranklin999 my apologies for the delayed reply. I took the required pre-licensing course, but to be honest this exam review stuck with me the most. I purchased flash cards, made my own, but I don’t feel as if I learned enough to prepare me for the exam, so I opted to find something else (without paying more $) and this is the one! The way she explains it makes it so much easier to memorize.

I watched this video about 9 times. Took notes. I knew I was ready when I started scoring 80+ on practice tests. Master reading the question to really understand what they’re asking. My study course had flash cards when I could recall about 85% of the answers correctly I knew I was understanding it.

I passed my test today on my first attempt. This video is great. But go over her other videos from Affinity Real Estate as well, as she explains ARMs, flood insurance(amounts are old, find the updated ones), her flash cards and pop quizzes. But before taking the actual test go over at least 2 sets of prep tests so you can experience the exam and learn from all the questions you got wrong. you should be able to pass. She covers it all. You are a beautiful Soul Artricia. Rest in peace .

I got 7 math problem, 6 questions related with Loan Estimate, 4 Q were realted to QM. Take Every word she says seriously. Even the one she said about that extra time you will have after completing the test... I went through this video multiple times.

Stumbled across this days before my exam and i believe it made the difference. Her teaching style helped me better understand all of the material and she provided the context in a "to the point" style that others couldn't. Just left the test center with a passing 80% grade. I found out Artricia had passed a couple years ago so i hope she was able to see the positive affect she continues to bring us from a higher place 🙏

Hello Atricia, the way you explained it was so easy to understand. I took the 20hrs with oncourse and the instructor basically ran through it very quick via zoom. I was still at a lost. I don't recommend oncourse for the 20 hrs. To anyone taking NMLS, if you listen to how Atricia explained it you'll pass. Just listen to this a few times. Don't stress to much on the math. I had like less than 5 math questions. Like Atricia said don't focus to much on the math. I passed on the 1st try with a 78% yesterday. Thank you Atricia. I hope you're doing well in heaven. R.i.p.
i am going thru the oncourse 20 hrs course.. it's like hell.
I just took the test. I didnt study after the 20 hour course. I took several tests from CompuCram and all the tests did was condition me to their repetitive questions. I never got above 75% from what I learned, but more so what I memorized.
I only did that about 3 times.
But THEN I watched this video twice. Each time stopping at every regulation to make sure I understood what she was saying. Once I understood the concepts and her emphasis on what I needed to pass the exam, I'd move on to the next topic on the video, remembering key points as I went.
I got an 80%. I graded exceptional on federal and moderate everywhere else.

In one of the Facebook groups they always say that these videos have out of date information and shouldn’t be used. Did you find that to be true?
@meganhullett2761 Hello, yes. The information can be outdated, and it is said in the video. It teaches you enough to pass. Funny thing is even if we go by actual numbers say for debt to income, for example. There is a lot more leniency in today's world and you can almost always find a way out of situations with proper documentation.

I just got back from my test and am THRILLED to share that I passed on my second try with an 82%!!! I'm so grateful Artricia's video was shared with me because the way she teaches is relatable and easy to understand and apply. Like others, I heard her in my head when I was reading questions on the test. I failed my first test with a 73% because I was told to just take tests and learn the questions. That is the FURTHEST from the truth and definitely not the way to go! You must learn the CONTENT and the laws to fully understand how to answer the question. I watched this video once to write down all the notes and then watched again to add notes to my notes and then just kept her in my ears any chance I got. You will not go wrong with this resource as part of your study materials.

Just passed the exam on my first try this week. I have no doubt that watching these videos played a huge part in that. Watch all her videos and watch this particular one twice. Take notes. Make flash cards. You have to understand the material, otherwise you will not pass. Memorizing things is just not enough. Pair these videos with Compucram’s test prep and keep taking the practice questions and exams until Compucram tells you you’re 100% ready on their meter. Do this and commit to a couple hours of study per day for 2-3 weeks and you should be golden. RIP Artricia and thank you!

The difference: this video. I watched it 3 times the past 3 days along with other study materials however everything I was presented with in the exam, I remembered from this video.

Passed with a 93% today and this video was an immense help. The way she phrases the questions are very similar to how they're written on the test. Regarding the content of the test, definitely focus more on the concepts and less on memorizing the ratios and penalties. A lot of the questions are very situational and not something you could look up if you didn't already know the answer. Good luck!

I've been in this business a long time but haven't personally originated since the licensing requirement was just a state real estate license. I found this just 2 days before my exam and passed first try at 86%. I wish I would have found this to use as a study guide weeks prior. Artricia is an angel and makes things so easy to remember, things that we don't do or have to know in the daily grind of this business. Just an FYI, I think my exam had a total of 3 math problems that required the calculator provided but a TON of federal law. Good luck all and RIP Artricia...prayers up to you! 🙏

This 4hr video is what I mainly studied from. I played it for the week took notes, read them, then watched the video again throughout the week. There’s a 35 min video she had on the math part only. I watched that one only on my way to the exam and when I was in the waiting room waiting to be checked in. And when I sat for the exam I wrote down all the formulas I had remembered on the sheet they provided before starting the exam. But all the info I believe is in this video too. If you’re here you’ll pass.

I have the Michigan state exam in 5 days. I am not prepared at all. The comments people are leaving is building a lot of confidence in me. I'm going all in on this video. I'll take a few practice tests in between, but this seem to be the way to go and I'm going to soak it in.
So I got sick and pushed the test off for 4 more days and I am so glad I did. I just finished the video, taking pages upon pages of notes. I'll take 3 exam practice tests, check my answers and write them down and watch this video again with all of my notes in hand, so my mind recalls writing the information down as well as questions I was asked related to the topic. I'm on pace to pass, but we finna see!
Family drama and general lack of confidence due to failing 3 practice tests. Decided to cancel test and re-schedule it, despite it costing another $110. But it'll take another 30+ days or so to reschedule it. I can barely afford another test, but I absolutely cannot afford another 30 days. June 8th is the big day.

I absolutely love & appreciate this video. Very informative and in depth. I will however say this the banks 🏦 are actually the borrowers bcuz it’s proven in the “Federal Reserve Act” Section 16 part 1 & 2. The bank’s borrow from our credit which they in turn take our application to the Federal Reserve and they convert them into securities UP FRONT to which becomes the money. For example if a person “applies for a loan” for $500k or $50M the amount for the application/security is the same amount applied for. Also 15 USC 1615 talks about transactions and being refunded any unearned interest. On top of that we have a interest affixed to the loan however the banks are supposed to pay the interest. Learning about Federal Reserve Act the Bill of Exchange Act 15 USC Codes will unveil the real truth behind what really happens with these processes with home loans.

Just passed 81% with 2 weeks of studying, watched this video 4 times took notes, took 8 practice exams averaged 79% and last but NOT least prayer!

Been in the Mortgage business a long time and recently had to retake my test. Artricia is amazing in this video. Love the content and the way it was presented. Huge thanks for the extra help! 👍 there were a few questions I got right with the sound of her voice in my ear.
I passed my test yesterday after reviewing this video a few days before. Thank God I had the idea of searching youtube and found this amazing educator. God Bless her soul! She made it so easy to remember by associating and all her tips are right on point. On the test, I felt like I was hearing her voice repeating over and over. If they tricked you enough you'll give them another $110. I took notes and paused the video to make my own notes and that was all it took. If you do not see value in this free 4 hours course. You won to see it on anything else. Thank you to this school for keeping this video up and allowing so many ppl to benefit from it for free. and Thank you to Artricia in a way you are still teaching, what a great gift you left behind.

Great content! I watched this video along with all your others regarding the NMLS exam. Significantly helpful and highly recommend!
Not all her material is on the test but it did help with at least half of it (maybe more, each exam is different). Watch it as many times as you need to and listen to what Artricia tells you. She knows her stuff. You need to write down EVERYTHING she says that's not on her slides. Create your own study guide, whether you use Flash Cards or a Q&A document, and study it!!! Don't just rely on this video to help you pass. Know the content! Don't memorize questions and answers or you WILL fail. Also, take as many practice exams as you can until you get 85% at least 3 times in a row. You should be ready then. The exam is very cruel. Like Artricia says, "They want you to fail and gladly take another $110 from you"! Good Luck and God Bless you ALL!!!
