Hello, Just wanted to check on question number 10. I believe the last step to get the correct answer is to divide by .95 to get to the $522000. If you divide by .05 it give you a price of $9,918,000.
You are correct @strophotoandvideo3365 , good catch! It was corrected in a later version but I missed it in this one- sorry about that. Glad you enjoyed it otherwise!
Man that’s just the hard way you can just take net + closing costs and add 5% to it and it is not 522000 It’s actually $520695 I have no idea how he got that number but it is the closest number so always pick the closest
Hey ! I had to come and leave a comment yesterday I took my test at psi in fall river MA. It was my first attemt and i was worried i didnt give my self enough time to study. Well 400 index cards later and thanks to YOUR CHANNEL I PASSED!!! Thank you so much for the help ❤
@ericasilmon the general content is essentially the same, it’s just a matter of how the outline is organized. You’ll see the same concepts on Pearson, PSI, etc. 🙂
Number 10 is not adding up for me. When I divide $495,000/.05 I get i continue to get $9,918,000. Please explain to me what I am doing wrong? I would really appreciate it. Thank you
Thanks for watching! This was addressed earlier but you are indeed correct- I misspoke! You need to divide by .95. It was corrected in a later version but I missed it in this one- sorry about that. Glad you enjoyed it otherwise!
Last question. I’m confused? If the agent receives 5% commission on $495.900 how do you divide on .05 isn’t supposed to be X .05? So 495900 X .05=24795. On top of 495900. I’m so confused please correct me. I even asked google about this and got the same answer.please help me understand.

@ okay thx
Is this Massachusetts exam?
This video is national, but one part of your MA exam is national so this will be helpful for you 👍
Question 7 really tripped me up!
Questions on agency agreements can definitely get hairy- read through them twice!

The audio for Question 8 doesn't match the number choices on the slide. It really threw me off as I was trying to figure out what I did wrong.
Good catch! There's a mistake in the audio but not the math - added a note. Hope you're finding the rest of the questions helpful!
@@DeeKumarOnline I think your note may be wrong. Seems like you prorated for 3.5 months instead of 5.5 months.
@@rickjutubeI’m looking at the same question now. From January to may 15th is 5.5 months
@@DeeKumarOnline is it correct that it is prorated for 3.5 months instead of 5.5 months?
