I kept putting the last season off because I didn't want it to end---but eventually I knew I had to finish what I'd started. I sobbed so hard....I don't think I'll ever have so many emotions tied to one show, save for Supernatural, perhaps. The worst part of it was that, even though we wanted Psych to last forever, we knew it had to end. There will ALWAYS be a soft spot in my heart for Psych, no matter what.

And I think if we ALL think about it, if we are untrained in the disciplines in public safety or forensics, the biosciences or the supernatural, then we, too, would run away screaming from the things the characters face.
Psych was my childhood and to see it go is heartbreaking the cast was amazing the show was amazing and the pineapples were amazing as well XD i wish it would come back but the cast probably already moved on, its so sad I cried.
I'm very sad this show ended but I have the prefect excuse to watch it all the time and that is my one year old sister loves the theme song and likes Lassiter. Or I assume she does she laughs every time she sees him on the screen

I stopped watching TV after Psych ended, there was nothing worthy to replace it. Adding insult to injury, I learned that Maggie Lawson ended her relationship with James Roday of eight years and married some other guy within one year.
What can I say about psych it play so much to who I am and how it's a great show its not afraid to have fun with the story it does the chactors are great and they all have moments to shine and how the lead chactors work my gosh I always will remember the memories watching the series an ill always watch the DVDs so thank you psych for giving a laugh every time I wacth you

AutumnAsh81 Well I wanna see what they do with the new heroes. It my be good. What shouldn't be been canceled is Continuum. They only get I think 6 episodes this fourth season, and then it's going off the air. Continuum has such good writing and acting and they're getting rid of it. They always cancel the best shows. But yeah it's not coming back. And the ending was classic. Haha.

James Roday looks a bit grumpy, one sided, serious as a real person compared to how he is in psych. Yes yes I know it is only a show, but looking at the UA-cam vids of him in interviews and so on it seems he is always so serious. Still a pretty good show.
I noticed how not Shawnlike James is, then I saw an interview with James and Dule where they both said that Dule is the outgoing one and James is more reserved and introverted. This just shows how great the acting truly was that they could so believably play someone so opposite their natural personality.
A funny fail is that in season 1 episode 2 at the beginning shawn looked into jules "pockett" and saw a picture of her parents(mun and dad). But that "Dad" doesn't look like jules dad in season 7. A little funny fail
A little late on the reply, but considering there were a lot of noticeable recasts in the episodes later on such as Gus' dad, etc, I think this was easily passed by. 😛
