@@CaveManParadigm - I feel like Popular Monster was literally pulled from my brain. The vulnerability of his lyrics, paired with the way he orchestrates the music to emphasize it, has made me feel my own struggles. I was also told I was in a phase that I would grow out of. 31 years later, I am still waiting for that phase to end. If you’re looking for a tear-jerker, Last Resort Reimagined is an absolute must watch. I was 17 when Papa Roach first released the song. It resonated with me then & the reimagined version that Ronnie did, when I was 41, did the same thing but for more mature self. I sobbed the first time I heard it.
"My consciousness has created this song for me". MANNNNN that's deep. That's how I felt about Ronnie Radke himself when I discovered his music a year ago. It was a real form of therapy. My therapist refers to Ronnie's music as my "Shadow Work". Truly a poignant and raw reaction!
I loved your reaction 2 this song & how it makes you want 2 cry. Yeah I ❤ his reimagined versions. You should most definitely react to Last Resort Reimagined, it really showcases his range. I love the original by Papa Roach, it came out the yr I lost my father while I was pregnant with my daughter & it helped me quite a bit. Ronnie's reimagined hits u soo much harder & you'll definitely b able 2 hear & feel the emotion that Ronnie conveys with his singing.
ILove this reminds me of my past but thank you for pulling me out of the hole things we all can live without so onward to the best that life can bring 🙌🙌🌀🌹♥️♾️♥️
Yes love that you’ve reacted to the song I recommend ❤❤❤. Glad you loved this one. Love how you’re a true man that shows his emotion it’s an amazing thing to see!!
The feelings that make us uncomfortable or trigger us is our shadow self. There are so many videos that explain it and help work with it. Helps our souls evolve. Sounds like you're going into your soul awakening. I love this. NDEs are great to watch and I'll recommend Next Level Soul channel . Eye opening.
yeah, to the point that first time I heard this song. It did get me. like bad. 2am, this song came and. and was one of the few songs that made me sob like a baby. that firey explosion at the end set it off, but is the point. how fast everything can burn. Some men are still scared to say they cry over some things, ove gone beyond that. dont hold it in to long. and another song that did get me. Was a song called "Constance" by spiritbox, love this band. singer has a beautiful voice. she gets me a bit excited, lol. she made an acoustic version later, I like the OG better because the visuals tell the story as well.
You're definitely right that this song is relatable. As for sad songs... Have you seen "I'm a Vampire Revamped?" If course "Last Resort Reimagined" is one of his most emotional, and important, songs. I got a chuckle out of your 'milk' story. I'm teaching English in Taiwan, and words with 'il' are VERY hard for Taiwanese to pronounce. 'Milk' becomes 'mee-ilk'. It's even worse if it's the ending sound. For example 'ill' becomes 'ee-oh' and 'apple' becomes 'A-poe'. It has nothing to do with education, but rather their language. We're just as bad. 'Wonton soup' is actually 'hwun-dwun mee-in".
This song is beautiful, and it can be taken in so many ways, but it is about actual drugs. Like Losing My Mind, the girl represents his addiction to heroin. He talked about it on Twitch when someone asked who the girl was.
@CaveManParadigm you're very welcome. Ronnie has overcome a lot in his life to get where he is today. He makes you realize that no matter how bad your life can get, you can overcome it and persevere.
Sad one Going back a few decades but a song that can always get me is a song srom Styx. Clare DeLune (?sp) / Ballerina. I get a lump in my throat even thinking of that song.
sad song to break apart too is Lewis Capaldi - Someone You Loved. Not metal, not rock. But I'm a metal girl and this one broke me. Needs to be official video with Peter Capaldi. Tip from the crying coach.
Ah you should have done the original 1st so you could see his growth 10 years later. I suggest you do that with I'm Not A Vampire and I'm Not A Vampire Revamped
You want sad? I suggest their song Last Resort Reimagined
The breakdown ,when he screams it makes me cry every time..I feel the pain in his voice 😢
He has such emotion in his voice, its hard not to feel it!
Ronnie’s music has been incredibly healing for me.
That's wonderful. Thank you

This reaction to my favourite song is the one that physically shook me. You are wonderful. Ty so much and hugs from Sweden.

Love both versions of this song but the reimagined version is my favorite ❤️

I truly believe Ronnie will go down as one of the greats like Freddie Mercury or even Eminem
💙💙💙💙

This song is about drug addiction, specifically, heroin, not a woman, the woman in the video represents heroin
I am shocked that you did not watch the original version first :( This one would have hit even harder if you had.
Why is there a show shovel in the middle of my screen?
Sad...Chinchilla I in 5 Live that will get you.
Please react to chemical prisoner by falling in reverse and super hero by falling in reverse if you havent had a chance.
If you really wanna cry to a sad one it's not Ronnie's usual but "Brother" is a tear jerker for sure.
I agree, that song gets me every single time I listen to it. I think it's hard not to feel emotional especially knowing what it's about.
