Good tips, I'm only 5 ft and no sewing machine cabinet fits me, So my crafty husband designed 1 for me that has a slight tilt to it so I can see my projects better. I too have wrist Neuropathy. And am moving to more ergo friendly products. I changed my rotary cutter to a Martelli which is pushed like a computer mouse, lot less stress on the hands and wrist.
