There are so many great albums that should be mandatory listening...Bankrupt needs to be heard and reheard over and over...Phoenix is providing inspiration, which is desperately needed today, no matter where you are.
This band is amazing, they deserve to hit the big time, outstanding songs, not too pop but not too underground either. And their touring drummer is amazing!
Everybody talks about the "touring" drummer but is it possible that this guy will become an official member of the band..????? Phoenix will lose a lot of power without him
Alphonse Elric he has been with them since day one, he writes their drums beats and tours with them. He is also in a metal band. I couldn't see why he wouldn't be their official drummer, as well.

I was looking for PHOENIX live,but not this band,i wanted the real Phoenix,the romania rock/folk band that started in the early 60',and i think it is known it the west as Phoenix Transylvania.
dont get it, they have a tecladist but the bassist does some synths, and when he does it, the tecladist make noise with a cymbal, with the same rhythm as the drummer, the bassist also sing, there are two guitarrists and they almost do the same. they do great music, but not so much complicated to have 6 members in the band. just saying..

"Chlorophorm" and "Don't" are truly brilliant tunes.
