Just discovered this band. Although I had heard 1901 before. Once I discover things I like I get obsessed quickly. I went back and watched performances as far back as 2001, and it sounds like his voice hasn't aged at all.

In 2023 I will have been a fan of Phoenix for around 11 years now. I grew up listening to them and the fact that I'm going to have the chance to see them next Saturday has me absolutely ecstatic!!!!!

I freaking love it!
Underrated band who puts on a hell of a live show. I wonder who is helping with the video lighting presentation since it is great and really enhances the show. The drummer is one of the best I have ever seen too.
I've seen 100s of concerts. Phoenix is by far the best live concert out there. So much energy and somehow they manage to sound better than their albums live.

I saw them in Orlando last year. Incredible show. Every time I'm sad, I think about that day and it makes me think that life is worth living.

He's only the live-drummer. The singer Thomas Mars is the drummer on the recordings.
Monopoli No Thomas writes the drum patterns and Hedlund plays them on the record for the most part.
Ah yes, you're right. I checked; Hedlund played on the last three records. The drums on the records are a mix of real drums and drummachines anyway.
You're all wrong, Thomas Mars isn't the studio drummer, he only plays a few things, but the real drummer I think is Philippe Zdar

Phoenix is my favorite band I always listen to their music everywhere I go.
First time i've discovered Phoenix was in the playlist of the MMO APB:Reloaded, and immediately fell in love. Then I have searched them on YT, what a beautiful experience it was.
so freaking amazing, this band is absolutely incredible and so underrated, and the drummer is a legend for sure!.
Saw them a week ago in Mexico City. My favorite concert of this year. It was magical.
They just keep getting better with age! Heck, they keep sounding better live than in studio.

I love Phoenix so so much!!! Saw them live 2x now. I hope they continue making music. I hope they'd keep coming back to Manila. Their concerts are just a gorram roller coaster of emotions.

Love how they have 2 drummers so the main guy can focus on the hard beat while the side guy takes care of the splashes. Dude gets a full on workout for sure. Such a great band all around.

Such a great band but I do feel like they're underrated. I know they won a Grammy for the Wolfgang Amadeus album but it does feel like a lot of people don’t know who they are compare to other popular bands.

Lucky enough to see Phoenix live in Dallas last week. It was my first time seeing them live and I was amazed. The band sounded superb and the drummer Thomas Hedlund was a show just by himself.
