I have watched at least a dozen of your tutorials for my Samsung Galaxy S21 phone, and your tutorial was not right a single time, but I keep hoping the next one will work. This time, when I press "storage," there is no menu button to press and no indication there is an external USB drive.

When I plug in a usb flash drive using an type c OTG, it does not recognize it. I've even tried turning on the developer mode & usb debugging.
For note 9 or any android phone, can i back up all my settings and notes,contact, message everything on this external drive?
