@@TramNguyen-ve7ht I did! The first time it was boiling hot and as soon as they went in, they all broke apart. So I tried making it a little less hot, and they stayed together a little longer, but as soon as I poured it into the cold water bath, they did the same thing and just broke apart. 😢
if I make it thinner and longer do you think I can substitute it for ramen noodles? I have celiac disease and I can't find gluten free ramen noodles and I wanted to see if I could make it but this is the only video I came across. 😢
Bum Kum? Give me some of that please haha. 7:08 Sorry I am a bit childish in my old age. But ty I think this will be perfect. I eat gluten free and miss thick noodles, Like Udon etc.
And sorry but i have another question, my uncle created a multi usage gluten free flour and it contains corn flour, rice flour, corn starch and tapioca starch so can i use this flour in ur recipe?and if so do i use 800 g of said flour?
@@mariabousseboua1622 you can try but I am not sure as the rice floor gives a particular texture, the mixed flour that you mentioned may not work but worth a try, I usually do equal boiling water to flour ratio, try and see how the texture is, may need more water, just make sure that the texture is like playdough

Can you freeze the noodles once you’ve made them? And if so, how long do they keep?
Yes I have frozen them, I would say frozen can be kept up to 3months? Or more?
@@TramNguyen-ve7ht Okay, thank you!
Looks so easy and nice! What could you use instead of the potato ricer?
You can roll it thin and cut into strips
Really wanting to try this recipe! Do you happen to have a link to where to buy the potato ricer you used?
You can get it on Amazon or any kitchen supply store

@@tttforcooking can you tell us which specific brand and model you have? It looked so effortless for you to extrude the noodles
tapioca flour is not found in my country, can we replace with something else? thanks for your nice work.
You can just use rice flour only
Or you can try Potato starch
I don't know what I did wrong but mine fell apart into little pieces! I did everything as you said.. maybe the brand of flours I used? I tried everything!
Did you make sure the water was boiling hot?

If you mean the first batch of water that you pour in, yes that was boiling too!
Are you sure you got the right types of flours?
Hi, instead making soup can we make fried noodles with this recipe? Thanks
These particular noodles have only been used in soups but you can try to fry but they are quite sticky.
Hello - where did you buy your large holes potato ricer? Please let us know thank you!
I bought my potato ricer at Kitchen stuff plus but you can try Amazon.

Ap ko kb sy yh msla ha
You can make it thinner and longer but the texture is more softer and chewy than ramen noodles
Amazon has gluten free ramen noodles!🥰
I think conjac jelly noodle is gluten free. Not sure if I spelled it right.
@@maimoua781 thank you for the reply I searched it up and it looks like ramen noodles. Again thank you so much!!!
Is this glutenous rice flour, short grain rice flour, or regular rice flour? X
The red bag of rice flour is regular river flour. Green usually glutinous
Regular rice flour
How to store these noodles?

I know the video is 2yrs old but are these able to be put on a griddle like hibachi noodles?
No, only in soups
@@tttforcooking thank you
Is it possible if i dont have pasta maker like yours? Thankyou 😊
Yes you can flatten the dough with something round and cut out strips then boil it
Please make a how-to video for Banh Canh
Do you mean the broth?
Yes, broth and ingredients needed. Awesome video!
@@KatieLee-lq2vi I will try
The noodles look like laksa 😯
Please reply can I use cornflour except if tapioca flour?
No you need to use tapioca flour
The tapioca flour adds the chewiness to the noodle
Question can you replace rice flour with corn flour?or replace tapioca starch?cause the latter doesnt exist in my country
I don't thinks so, but I haven't tried, you can try to replace the tapioca starch with potatoe starch

Hello, another question which ratio gives the closest consistency to ramen noodles?
Try 1 rice flour to half tapioca flour
Is it possible without using tapioca flour? Just pure rice flour?
Yes you can use all rice flour but the texture will be a lot less chewy, it will break up easier
Can i just use water (not hot water)? Will the final result be different?
You must use hot water, it cooks up the flour as it mixes, if you use lukewarm water it comes out very sticky and hard to mold together
@@tttforcooking thank you for your explanation
@@wauwaumeow must be boiling water, not just hot water. I remember having to do this with with my hands before we got a kitchen aid.
could I mix the dough by hand?
Yes but you must use a wooden stick first and then use your hand when you can tolerate the heat from the boiling water
thats my mom beat that
Is it starch or flour?
Depends on where it is printed can be starch or flour
Doesn't rice flour have gluten in it?
No, gluten is a product from wheat products
rice was the hardest mortar of the wall of china.
How long can I keep it in the fridge without cooking?
Do you mean the noodles itself? I have made them and put them in the freezer and use them at another time and it tasted just as good
Amazing
