Thanks for the props , I generally don’t jibe DW as I’m going dead DW or just bearing off a little . The camera is only mounted on one side of the wing so if I did jibe the camera angle is all wrong but I am setting up dual cameras to fix that .,🤙 the crashes are generally when I’m fully lit 🔥 and still accelerating and can’t wash off speed plus fatigue . That Axis 1001 pro art is insanely fast .
I don’t understand how you get up on your board. It looks like you first stand up and then lift the wing. How the hell do you balance without first getting forward momentum on your knees?
Well picked up . I have a bad right knee that I can't compress kneel on the board. I'm an ex pro Sup rider so I have really good balance to free stand on a 5-5 board in the middle of the ocean. It's called an uphaul which wind surfers do . To start I get on all fours and press down on the wing and pop to my feet , then I immeditaley pull the wing into the wind which steady's me. When you get it right it's a really fast start.
