The land owner need to clear the land, provide electricity, water, proper layouts and make sure people don't build any how on the land before selling them. 🔥🤝🤝🤝🔥🔥🔥🔥

There isn't a specific amount. It depends on what u wanna build and who u make them build it

Yes sure
I was thinking...if I get a lot...I want to ensure the trees on my plot are saved and used for it beauty.
Hopefully the Chief will keep these trees in tact. This is where a good landscaper will come in handy. They will know how to preserve them and to plan around them so they will stay healthy and continue thriving.
