wow - a really neat chunky soup - I'm willing to give this one a try - maybe not with all your ingredients, some of which you implied as being optional, and add some others of my preference. What I liked most is that the water was added in toward to end of the cooking process to make it a soup, which would have made the ingredients retain some of its individual taste rather than the usual watered down taste, I have subscribed to your channel ... it is an excellent recipe and reference tool - thanks for sharing

Darn that looks good. I love a good stewed chicken soup with dumplings. Glad to see this on your page. My family makes it pretty much the same way; just with a couple different ingredients and we season and marinate the chicken before stewing.
As a side note, you might consider using a potato peeler; I find it reduces stress on my fingers and hand. I was hurting for ya fingers 😀

Leighton Samms Hi Leighton. Thanks for asking(and using my recipes). A few weeks ago we did some intense food shopping and pandemic prepping so we have enough supplies for a month or more-running low on fresh fruits, eggs, veggies and provisions, so we will try to venture out next week when things are calmer -or else do without. You will be seeing a different type of video then! 🙈 Stay Safe and healthy as well! God bless! 💕🌷
