2016 Georgetown XL 378TS - Full Remodel Inside plus upgrades

This beautiful, completely remodeled Georgetown Xl 378TS coach is ready to go anywhere. We have spent the year in this beauty getting to know the USA West to East, California to Florida and we have landed in Santa Rosa beach to settle down for a bit. While we were in Las Vegas, we just couldnt stand the drab RB stock RV any longer so we checked into the Pallazzo and did a full remodel on the interior as well as many upgrades which I will talk about. Basics first, she is 38ft long powered by the Ford V10 Triton with 20,000 miles on the clock as of mid August. Two A/C units which cool the coach quite nice, full body paint, full size residential fridge WITH ICE, custom drop down full queen over the cab, bunks in the back room, all new interior paint on walls and cabinets, upgraded ceramic tile floors, 3 slides, two are opposing in the front which makes the living room huge. A real sofa! Sofa turns into another queen bed (not your typical horrible RV conversion). We also put in all new brass knobs, pull handles, faucet upgrades all throughout. Removed microwave in favor of a toaster over. Lots of upgrades, two huge inverters, one for fridge and one for TV and stereo. The generator powers the whole coach, both a/c etc and runs quiet. 15 gallon propane tank with quick connect. Upgraded shower faucet for less water usage but same pressure. Electric fireplace which really warms it up when cold. Electric awning as well as toppers on all slides. An cell phone booster external and internal antenna is already on the coach which really helps with signal in some areas of the county.UTAH.LOL.
