Great job on the rv - with all the work you do outside why don’t you have the entire area coved with stone so that the red soil doesn’t get all lover everything and also getting ride of the low spots when it rains I think it would be a better area for you
What’s scary for me being from the UK is the materials RV manufacturers use in the construction of the vehicles, lightweight box tubing and plywood sheets. Wouldn’t want to be in a collision with one of these. Fantastic build tho, great work by Ivan as per usual 👍
This is why I suggested the Nikos do a real bus conversion, like a Prevost. All Stainless steel and monocoque construction so the entire shell is basically a roll cage.
When your cutting the aluminum tubing and such just use a battery powered circular saw with standard blade as it cuts clean and fast! Pretty sure your shielding gas was set too low or not Argon as the welds were too smutty should be much cleaner when right.
Still looking at the damage on the cab frame door side, looks to be pushed in and yes New panels Hide a lot of Damage but should be repaired and not covered up and that front chassis Rail needs to be repaired or replaced lol :) Just a old panel beater saying lol.
What happened to the school bus? That would have been a much better RV as a skoolie. Use the good furnishing and generators from this PoS and put it into a skoolie build
Is that board weather proof. How are you going to make it weather proof? Laminate usually don’t like moisture or being exposed to moisture. Laminate usually warp or deteriorate exposed to moisture.
So this aluminum tubing and some ply wood should protect you ? From what exactly ? These campers look nice on the outside, but very flimsy when you take a good look. Would not want to be in an accident with them. Btw backside of that wood panel has no protection against water and moist ? Why not ?
Those RVs are made of Crap. Very Shocking how expensive they are considering they are essentially made of match sticks, bubble wrap, foam and a prayer.
Sorry guys! There are so many things wrong with this entire job. First one is that frame is still bent. And that front crash bar is still bent as well. I can guarantee that frame still has a sway to it. Second is the plywood. It’s all supposed to be laminated. The styrofoam in the wall is part of the strength. You only glued the frame side. You need to glue both sides. Same for the skin. All that work is going to fall off. Sorry. But this one is not going to be right when done! I would be afraid to drive it on the road! There is totaled for monetary value and for safety. This RV falls under both! Who knows what else has broken free. It’s possible half the house mounting points are compromised. Lots of hidden issues I would want nothing to do with.
Still haven’t disabled, those smoke detectors!!! What happened why didn’t that piece of siding go all the way to the slide out on the driver side? Do you ever answer peoples comments in this forum? Glad you guys put out the contant, but you could do a better job sometimes.
Oh my god lol do rv's really have plywood body panels?...I did see this guy glue some type of plastic sheet to the outside but I'm freaking out because I had an RV similar to the 1 he is working on in this video and it wasn't cheap so I sure won't be purchasing another RV of this type if manufacturers are making the body panels out of essentially laminated plywood...That's so cheap And won't it rot if moisture contacts the wood?
Ivan you probably should have took a roller and rolled out those cover sheets with thick glue behind the panels and roll them out flat all over to make sure panels stick .
These guys are crazy not wearing proper safety equipment especially safety glasses while cutting metal! They’ll soon learn when they have to have a piece of steel shard removed from their eyeball!
Injoy watching the working on the camper like to see more. Allso Injoy the visit to your shop to look at the bronco you all did a great job on it Injoy the visit to your shop and on Monday and talking with your brother
Contact cement needs BOTH surfaces coated and let dry until no transfer when touched. Then they will stick very well. Very strong bond.
Thats right i build formica counters. Glue both sides until no transfer then assemble.
I am just curious should have the lighter side been faced out? And yes glue on both sides meaning t glue on the piece and motor home. Thanks
Very creative with the 2x4 clamping. 😊
Ivans big foot holds better than a c clamp or a jigg he he he he . Praise god
Jeez...what a bodge job 🤣🤣
You are fabulous, metal crafting and wood crafting, I’m impressed!
Awesome job 👍👌looking good .
What a job to tackle. Next will be a military tank.. Good luck
great build again
Thanks for sharing the rebuild update on the RV. 👍👍
Coming along nicely. It's hard work but you make it look easy.
Love it . Great vision on the rebuild.
Looking good guys
And the visit to your shop on Monday and taking with your brother
Is coming along really nice job well done 👏
Hi guys everything coming along great, looking forward to the finish, thanks for sharing
You do good work 👍
Great Job. Hey the boys out to get to 250k. Thanks
I really like your videos on your RVs. 👌
LOOKS GREAT SO FAR😃
Wow it's a lot of hard work 😲
FYI - you can quickly cut that tubing on a regular wood chop saw with a standard carbide blade.
yeah who cut the wheel arch openings HELEN KELLER?
Really enjoy your videos especially the RV ones looking forward to the next one 😊
Injoy the video on the camper
Contact cement read the instructions and paint both side, let tack, then install.
I am following you from Saudi Air 🇸🇦 you are amazing
A wood miter saw is the best to cut aluminum tubing!......
Just love watching you guys do what you love and really enjoy the build so for ❤
The glue you want to use is Stabond 183. It is spray gunned to both surfaces (plywood to filon), and adheres instantly.
Very nice
I don’t know about the craftsmanship on this one guys 😂
Great job

I think it would be a better area for you
u guys should build a TAP RV LOL
U guys are talented

When they roll on our interstates, trailers and motorhomes look like they exploded- they’re in 1000 pieces!!
This is why I suggested the Nikos do a real bus conversion, like a Prevost. All Stainless steel and monocoque construction so the entire shell is basically a roll cage.
I luv these guys .......................
Lots of work but looking good. Hope the glue is non saleable and won't delaminate like alot of motorhomes do.
When your cutting the aluminum tubing and such just use a battery powered circular saw with standard blade as it cuts clean and fast!
Pretty sure your shielding gas was set too low or not Argon as the welds were too smutty should be much cleaner when right.
You’re a real craftsman, enjoy watching you work.
Great background music, not obnoxious and overdriving, just say’n !
Hoping your adhesive works. Typically, you would apply it to both sides. Time tell! Is there anything you guys can't fix?
Still looking at the damage on the cab frame door side, looks to be pushed in and yes New panels Hide a lot of Damage but should be repaired and not covered up and that front chassis Rail needs to be repaired or replaced lol :) Just a old panel beater saying lol.
artists !
Ivan: Michael, want to help me with the body work?
Michael: I'm going on a cruise!
😂😂😂
Is there anything Ivan can't do 😀😀😀
Are you going to seal the inside of the plywood over the wheel well on the left front fender. It seems it might rot from exposure.?
They should change channel name to Bodgit and Scarper Brothers 🤣🤣
That's the same thing I was thinking
they sell styrofoam sheets at home depot for sound proofing
I think you're making good progress. Keep up the good work can't wait to see the finished product.
Great fab work!
Gentlemen please ,please use some eye protection on a lot of these jobs, your family will thank you in the end! Pat .in U.K..
instead of painting the rig do a vynal wrap of just the front in just a star spangled motif
Is that contact cement? Did you glue both surfaces?
Exactly my thoughts. Both surfaces need the cement, AND, I would have applied it twice for better adhesion.
It sure is amazing how they build them...looks amazing so far 😅
3rd video watch.
Like your office, Maranatha from Abbottsford BC
Very Suprized!
What happened to the school bus? That would have been a much better RV as a skoolie. Use the good furnishing and generators from this PoS and put it into a skoolie build
I believe the shiny white side is saposed to go to the outside i could be wrong though!
Az Expert is the correct name.
The side panels are not glued well enough or braced - big air bubble where there are no clamps - this will fail!!! - physics.
I started watching this video and my smoke detector started beeping. Understandably I assumed it was your video 😂
You need pure argon for welding aluminum the welds will be clean
I miss the all metal radiators
Hopefully you replaced the batteries in the smoke detector too.
Please fix smoke detector lol
what is the 4 by 8 sheet material you are using? plywood?
Wassup
what were coviERng the ply wood after it dryed was that fiber glass board?
Is that board weather proof. How are you going to make it weather proof? Laminate usually don’t like moisture or being exposed to moisture. Laminate usually warp or deteriorate exposed to moisture.
Next time glue both sides for better adhesion.
Contact cement on both surfaces.
Is the white side to be on the outside?
Excellent job BUT, no safety glasses while using the grinder??????? IMHO that is asking for HUGE potential eye injury.
Do you buy parts from RV dealer that has that brand your working on?
I, also, buy from coparts. Larry of St. Cloud, Mn.
Anyone want to guess how many times Ivan got cut by that corner piece of metal? 😮
100
Did you sell all your other campers ??
So this aluminum tubing and some ply wood should protect you ? From what exactly ? These campers look nice on the outside, but very flimsy when you take a good look. Would not want to be in an accident with them.
Btw backside of that wood panel has no protection against water and moist ? Why not ?
Why not sleet metal?
Looks like they just tacked in place 3:36 pretty crappy workmanship considering cost of these RVs
It must be possible to select some other music it's getting annoying after a while.
Whoever is reading this, I hope this day will be a great day.
wear your safety glasses please
Those RVs are made of Crap. Very Shocking how expensive they are considering they are essentially made of match sticks, bubble wrap, foam and a prayer.
Ivans foot holds things in place better than a c clamp or a jigg clamp .he he he he praise god for bigg feet.

Do you ever go home?? Interesting way to fix a smashed RV.
I would not touch this thing.
Love your videos but please stop the dam sponsor videos it's so annoying.
Just do what I do on UA-cam and use an ad blocker. Never be bothered by ads again 👍
Rv’s are cheap make, I once owned one and I should know,
half A.. fix terrible...and how cheap these are built
Ivan you probably should have took a roller and rolled out those cover sheets with thick glue behind the panels and roll them out flat all over to make sure panels stick .
