This is random; but I have my right over split but whenever I do my right regular leap it never looks like a split in the air. Any tips? Love your vids!!💜
Try to get more hight by pushing through the floor from the very bottom of your plié, so that you have more time to fully extend your legs and feet. You can also think of whacking both your legs out at the same time, to try to reach that beautiful over split. Finally, try to think of both your legs reaching out to opposite sides of the room, to get your very best extension. I hope this helped you find your splits in the air, your leaps will soon look amazing!💙

(My dance teacher told me that in weeks i could put on pointe shoes so i tried them just to feel them a lil bit to be prepared that's coz i bought them)

I still have strength but dont need any injuries at this age. No one has any idea Im the age i am. Still 33-23-33 98lbs. But after watching your vids i want to stretch and do some barre work. I wud love to get one of the portable circular wood boards you can do pointe work on...you know how tile floor is really bad for you. But in my mind i will always be a dancer. Still have some beautiful tutus. And sometimes still wear them just to practice in. Being a ballerina is on a cellular level with me. So watching you - youre a true inspiration Mackenzie!! Youre a doll! And all this to say, Im 71 yyears young. In my mind i will always be that 25 year old dancing my heart out ❤. Much love Sweetie! Wish you many Blessings the holiday season!

I got the amazon pointe shoes recently and they work really well your feet only have to get used to them and it takes practice I did not have professional training but since I was little I was capable to stand on pointe barefoot no shoes or socks which kind of helped me also I trained my feet years before going on pointe
I’ve already got that same exact foot stretcher 😂 except when it arrived, the hinge on the end was broken. (It’s an actual compartment and the bottom opens up) But my impatient self didn’t want to return and get a new one so I still have that lol
Funny story about the turn board. One time I tried to turn on it but it slipped out from under me and my hands and legs hit the fake tile floor making a big slamming noise I also slipped off of the back of a bench that day so it was just me being clumsy...

I can’t wait for Christmas this year! Although my favorite part about it is Christmas Eve, which was a huge deal in my family before it got divorced. But this year I’m with my dad and my families are so much more stable financially, and so my dad is going to try to recreate our traditional Christmas Eve! It will never be the same as it was, but that doesn’t mean that it can’t be better 😄😁
